Stree light not there inside the resort at night Some Damages thing not repair No wifi inside the room

Liked the staff courtesy, food was good, room was neat..

Swimming pool could have been more clean

Location is superb. Jain Food served.

Food was delicious, Asst Restaurant Manager Jitu ji specially take care of every visitor.

Allover the property was awesome

The complete area full of trees and birds, the palace, i booked only room stay as i am non-vegetarian so cannot comment on food as the place offers only veg food Swimming pools were really big and kids friendly This place provides the peace you came here for completely away from traffic and the place can handle huge amount of crowd

I asked for 2 extra glasses over call to reception but i did not receive any to my room this was only disappointment from staffs end Indore games are broken only carrom was available to play No table tennis ball available Swimming pools were not clean (tree leaves everywhere) Nobody knows the time of palace when it will be open I went there and i was told to go out as they were getting it closed i requested for 5mins but they turned off the lights

The staff was good, stay is fine different friendly atmosphere with big garden spaces Recommended to family stay 🙂

The overall Rajasthan theme setup was good and Food was 10/10

We chose an All Inclusive package and the Resort told us that High Tea is not part of All Inclusive. The palace shown is usually Closed and they charge additionally per person for an inside visit. It needs thorough maintenance most of the setup inside the resort is damaged or in bad shape.

There are lots of things to talk about- 1. In-room service isn't available, making it very irritating. 2. The restaurants only serve buffet, which leaves us with no food options to choose from ourselves. 3. There is no exhaust in the bathrooms, making it horrible. 4. We stayed for 02 nights, gave the keys at the reception for Houskeeping, no one came to clean our rooms. 5. The charges of everything - even an extra liter of water should be cleared immidiately; they can't wait for checkouts. So is with the Restaurant service- the bills are done separately and customers keep giving money, so you forget your wallet at home while going to the dining, you are doomed! 6. There is no facility for even getting bed tea in the morning; you have to visit the buffet to get tea, or else you need to make tea with the tea bags ( useless ones provided in your rooms.
