Expansive spread out and amazing property, great staff. Comfortable and clean. The gondola ride to Patnitop is great views. Patnitop itself is very nice and amazing walks there - calm and serene.

The room description is incorrect. The Mountain View rooms have Gondola view (and also valley) and the Gondola view rooms don't have any view of gondola (only valley). The mountain view rooms are also next to the Generator / Utility area so a bit of humming sound is always there (amplified in night) - hence cant sleep with windows open. No Bar Location is a little out of the way (need transport) but the property is worth ir.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Skyview by Empyrean and can confidently say it was a delightful experience. The manager, Jaikrishnan, played a pivotal role in ensuring our stay was comfortable, going above and beyond to provide assistance. The rooms were of high quality, offering a perfect blend of comfort and aesthetics. The culinary experience was equally impressive, with a diverse menu of delectable dishes that exceeded expectations. One of the standout features was the excellent location of the hotel, enhancing the overall experience. The proximity to attractions and scenic views truly set it apart. Trekking was well organised by their well trained team. Comparing it to other hotels in Patni Top, Skyview by Empyrean stands out for its exceptional service, well-appointed rooms, and delectable cuisine. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay in the area.

I like the location and view from the property. The staff was polite, friendly and prompt. The cleanliness was outstanding. The service was amazing. The most amazing part was Gondola ride which was complimentary.

They had activities in the resort however most of those activities were paid which is a shame when you are paying over 40k for 2 nights. The activities should have been included in the package as these are all inside the resort premises.

Beautiful location, excellent property with very well-appointed rooms and bathrooms. The interiors and bathroom fittings were world-class.The physical infrastructure is truly comparable to the best anywhere in the world.

We booked 2 rooms. One room was made available at 2 pm but the other one only after an hour. Tea bags and coffee pods, which should have been kept already in the room, were given after an hour of following up. Used cups and plates that we noticed while checking in to our rooms continued to remain in the corridor until the time we checked out the next day.

The location is the best part, you will get such amazing views of the mountains all around. The property is huge with a lot of outdoor activities. The best part is the Gandola ride, don't miss it at all. The whole experience at the property will give you a very relaxed and peaceful vibe. And their whole staff is well trained and very courteous. The food is amazing..their portion sizes and the quality is too good. And coming to the rooms, they are well equipped with all modern amenities, such beautiful looking cottages, you will find them in the middle of the hills...it's perfect !

The laid down breakfast buffet option will be better ... instead of taking the order every time ... Also, skyview cafe timings should be extended...

After a very long time, took my family out for a nice staycation and absolutely loved it. The staff was very polite and responsive and catered to all our needs. The property was extremely beautiful and we loved every bit of it. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The way leading to the resort can be improved.

Breakfast needs to be more elaborated, and more variety needs to add up. South Indian preparation needs to be more authentic. Bakery needs to add more items.

Overall, the experience was more than expectation. Location was beyond the words. Place was full of perfections. Ideal place for romantic dinner or date and a family holiday .

Skyview is an exceptional resort. The facilities exceeded my expectations; my kids were absolutely enamored with the place and were reluctant to leave. The gondola ride was breathtakingly beautiful. I am already yearning to return to this magnificent destination. Additionally, the food was superb, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

Location is off Patnitop but they have the ropeway that takes you to Patnitop in 15 mins. A wonderful 15 mins ropeway ride which is an amazing experience in itself. Very well maintained and smooth ropeway. The property location is excellent facing the morning sun , clean and pollution free environment. Coz it’s a new property the staff takes care of you amazingly well with personal attention of your care. Manmohan and Mr Roy from the front desk makes sure that the check in and entire stay is properly taken care off. House keeping staff Munna is at a call away and has the magic key to cater to your needs in flash of a time . In nutshell we were taken care of and treated like the owner of the property rather than guests.

The approach road as it was difficult to locate the property . But they are still making it so in the times to come it will be sorted for sure
