I booked the triple room for my parents and myself and the room was of great size and the beds very comfy. Bathroom was clean and the staff were very courteous. Location was close to the Katra market and close to many shops for eating and shopping. We ordered food couple of times at the hotel room and it was quite delicious too.

We reached at normal checkin time and still had to wait for sometime for the room to be prepared. The other thing which I did not know and was not made aware of , is that for room cleaning we have to specifically tell the staff beforehand or they do not do it themselves. I had to request for cleaning later during the day and for fresh towels too but there was no major issue with that. Also wifi could have been better.

The staff was very nice and homely. The room was very nice and clean and felt very comfortable . it's a very good location It was very beautiful to see the Trikuta mountain from the dining area on the roof top.. Room service and Dining area staff is very nice and helpful. The food here from breakfast to dinner was very delicious and the menu was of many choices and Verity....Many thanks to the entire hotel staff from my family side...

It’s atmosphere , it’s positivity vibes , cleanliness and first nd foremost the self respect & self esteem by all the staff and the way of soft corner talk was best nd best along with the facility that grabbed us …interior & Exterior valued us lot

As it’s new 2 months ago but they should provide one token of small respect as kitchen key as mark of respect and remembrance & they should on their own say the customer hiring their hotel stay wifi pass wrd on their own rest every thing was superb & fabulos

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff's hospitality was outstanding, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The room was not only spacious and well-appointed but also provided a stunning view. The attention to detail in cleanliness did not go unnoticed. Its central location made it easy to explore the city, and the concierge offered valuable recommendations. I left with a positive impression and would gladly return for another memorable stay.

It is centrally located in Katra yet quiet. The in-house restaurant had great food. The staff was very helpful including getting us an auto at 5:30 AM and cab to and fro from Jammu. The rooms were clean and they even had slippers for the cold bathroom floor. The rooms are heated.

Good hotel located in katra. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff are courteous and helpful. Located close to katra bus stand and is easy to walk around the city. Their is a restaurant on the top floor serving veg north Indian food.

Deepak was of great help. He guided us for our temple darshan and also helped with other chores we had to complete while in the city. The rooms were very clean and comfy. The rooftop restaurant gives an exceptional view of the mountain range especially during sunset

Shower area needs to be modified like having head shower, hand shower, glass partition, soap dispenser etc Rooms smells and main door if not closed makes a lot of sound. Food is also average.
