It was an amazing experience at Holiday Inn Vaishno devi! We took mountain view rooms and it was very scenic. It was a direct Vaisho devi temple view rooms. Also the food, hospitality and people at the hotel was very good. The staff Vikas, Rahul, Rohit, Shakti, Vishal took very good care of us and gave us early check in as we reached early. They made sure we were taker good care of- offered complimentary fruit platter and cakes in breakfast even though we didn't opt for it. Rooms were cozy and spacious. I am surely looking forward to a visit soon again.

The hotel is very good. The service is high-quality, everything is clean and comfortable. Good, caring and responsive staff. Only the view from our room was on the railway station, we did not like it very much, it would have been nicer to have a room with a view of the Vaishno Devi Temple. We did not ask to change the room, since we came to go through the Yatra, and not to look at the view from the window. But if someone really cares about the view from the window, then of course a room with a view of the mountain and the Temple is better.

Excellent location. We literally stepped out of the railway station and walked to the hotel with suitcases. It's that close to Katra station. The staff is very courteous. Great service. GM Mr Gaurav Sharma personally met us. Receptionist Ankit was great. Stewardess Upasana was very good at the job. Food was excellent. Pure veg, considering it's a holy place. There were also many satvik options in the menu. Overall this is a great place. Highly recommended.

We had an awesome stay at this property for 2 nights. Starting from check in to check out all the staff were very very polite and soft spoken specially vanita at reception. We also had dinner at their restaurent which was very very tasty in 1600 INR for 2 person. The bed was very comfortable and rooms are near and clean. The wifi was very fast. The location is right outside the katra train station. Our room was facing the mata vaishodevi bhawan and the view was great. Shopping stores and restaurants are very nearby. We will definitely stay here again in our next visit.

The location of the property is perfect , there is a mall and railway station next to it making it really convenient. I check-in at the hotel on 10 Aug 12pm.. the front office staff who was there at the time she was really sweet and kind . I don’t remember her name but big thanks to her for making out stay really comfortable

The way staff handled our second night stay professionally Without my information they asked my family to move my stuff to another room for the second night. I had a different plan Booking 2 rooms should not be a punishment and should not be treated as combined his/her rooms. I wanted to keep 507 for myself. for second night my local family would squeeze into 526 but while I was away at the Bhawan they emptied 507. Unless locker is not open and available Hotel cannot rent to anyone else.

New property, walkable distance from railway station, vegetarian only meals considering most of the guest arrive for pilgrimage.

Buffet spread limited and reparative but food was good. Staff is polite but very incompetent and slow in every aspect. Took us 90 minutes for checkin despite only 2 guests including us at reception. During dinner no staff in the entire restaurant including open kitchen and entire floor area for almost 10 minutes. Towels need to be clean

The property is located just next to railway station which makes it very convenient. It’s a superbly maintained property with excellent staff who always have a wonderful smile while serving their guests and patiently listen to people. Rooms were neat and well maintained. Room service is quick. Would visit again. Special thanks to Bharat at reception and all the restaurant staff.

The room was spacious and provided a fresh feel.

The experience of dining in the restaurant was not good. Most of the food in the buffet served was without any salt. The Rajma which was on the buffet was too spicy, very unlike a rajma dish. The deserts were also not something to rave about. The in room dining the previous night was much better.

The property is well-furnished and aptly located. The food they offer is healthy and hygienic. Furthermore, the staff and management is highly cordial. Overall, the stay they offered was absolutely amazing, adding a delightful experience to our spiritual visit to Katra. Thank you! And Regards,
