The staff and their hospitality was commendable. Everyone was nice and helpful. Nikhil Thakur was very kind and made sure we have a comfortable stay in Jammu. Other staff members like Rahul,Rohit,Deepak,Sachin,Aakash and the receptionist Batti was very helpful. I would recommend anyone who is visiting Jammu for Mata darshan to stay here. The hotel is beautiful and food is very nice.

Everything about Fortune Park Hotel is superb ..from welcoming staff at reception to exceptional prompt room services. Rooms are pretty good in size and neat.Well maintained hotel with courteous and polite staff.Food is amazing ,tried lunch and breakfast spread was very good.Thali for meal is a must try! I would highly recommend this hotel,for guests who are looking for neat ,big rooms for their stay with peace of mind that everything will be taken care well..location wise it's well placed ,overall ...perfect place to stay and trek for Darshan.Take back good memories of my 2 nights stay at Fortune Park Katra!My special Thanks to Mr.Ajay and Mr.Rajesh Minhas for their exceptional hospitality .

First-time visitors. Familes from NZ and India. We booked 3 rooms (2 family and 1 deluxe). Rooms - very spacious, great decor, and super clean and super comfy beds, amenities, our stay, staff, services, and food - Everything was awesome!! We really had a great time with in-room dining service as well, especially all the kids in the family enjoyed a lot. Restaurant manager Vimal and his team (Vishal, Devraj, Khemlata, Anju, Rahul, Rohit) really were very courteous and welcoming.Great food and menu with lot of options to cater to everyone's palettes in restaurant and in-room dining service. This is now our go-to hotel for every visit to Katra. I would highly recommend the Fortune Park to everyone visiting Katra. Thanks to the hotel and its staff, it was a fab experience and stay! 🙂 Just an FYI - if you got overseas credit/debit cards, then they will not work in J & K and most other places in India. Better you keep cash or set up Indian digital payment apps on your phone (Paytm, Phonepe, etc.), which are far more advanced than any other cards or payment systems overseas.

The propoerty is located very close to the railway station and is easily accessible through autos and taxis. Even though the hotel is on the main road yet the property itself is recessed about 50 meters from road which provides a calm, noise free and tranquil environment - giving enough time for one to immerse himself in the spiritual aura of Mata Vaishno Devi. Not to forget it provides a bueautiful view of Mata Vaishno Devi from its large sized bay windows in the room.

Polite and supportive staff. Good food and excellent services, Large room size. Nearest to Market and Railway Station. Bigger Lobby Area with good Ambiance.

The hotel itself is a beautiful oasis of calm and tranquility that is set back from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area, you feel as if you have arrived in a palace. The desk staff are very polite, accommodating and friendly. I can't recollect all the names but a big thank you to Vijay and the lovely Jugnu for their assistance during our stay.

We should have stayed longer but were only in Katra for 2 nights to complete a pilgrimage.

Class Apart services, well maintained property , highly clean and well managed. Staff was courteous and very polite. Food at rainbow restaurant is very Tasty and of exceptional quality. We strongly recommend Spa services, full body massage after your tiresome yatra. It would be very beneficial, especially if you have completed yatra by climbing/walking. We really felt relaxed at the spa after our full body massage. Very polite, humble and friendly approach by all the staff. In room dining services were excellent as well. We would love to visit again .❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Everyone was polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is a bit away from the main road so it's exceptionally quiet there. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Everything was great. Only that we were charged for the refreshments kept inside the room which we weren't told were not included in the booking costs.

Best Hotel in Katra with Lush Green plants. Beautiful Ambiance and Atrium Lobby. Smooth Check in, and very professional staff. You can feel Fortune Fregrence while entring the lobby. Awesome food and staff behaviour. Overall we had a great stay here.

Every thing was up to the mark, only suggesstion. Menu is very short, need to add on.
