Breakfast is good and elaborate .. Staff very accommodative and give things beyond menu /display also to ensure comforts of guests ..Currently , they have 1+1 offer going on , which I insist should be permanent feature ..Encouraging guests to eat at property and not explore restaurants in around .They also have a BARISTA attached to property, and McDONALD across , which is very convenient

they start breakfast at 7.00 am but live counter only after 7.30 am which should be re considered as YATRIS start early morning .. and this delays morning climb

The property location is fantastic as it is a walkable distance to the Katra market. They provided pick up and drop to the entry point to Ma Vaishnovdevi. Room view of the trikuta mountain was mesmerising. Staff were kind and helpful but never proactive, which was a bit disappointing. Things had to be told or asked for. Food was a big letdown, especially the buffet where a food item would take forever to be replaced once finished in the serving dishes. The staff had to be asked to check why the food has still not been refilled. On one occasion, i waited for the starters to be refilled, which never came. After asking thrice, then the starter was still not refilled but got separately for me, but only after our dinner was done. So overall experience was below expectation for a 4 star rating hotel. Even room cleanup the staff bang on your door to wake you up to ask if room needs to be cleaned, this was a very big let down especially when you have come back from the yatra of 30 kms walk whole night climbing up and then walking down and were in deep sleep to have someone knock your door in the morning. So property is good, location good but service needs lot of upgrade.

Hotel was of a high standard and well run and included direct interaction with senior management which we liked. The GM Mr Dheerendra Kumar was exceptional and spend much time assisting and guiding us on all our non-hotel related matters. His intelligence, knowledge, seriousness and above all his humble personality gleans towards RAMADA could do well in beneficially providing him with greater challenges elsewhere in a larger hotel within the group as he has so much more potential to meet such challenges. We stayed for 2 nights here and the stay was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet spread is more than enough with some cooked to order options as well. Room service is available and very handy when you don’t want to go out of the room. The room including the bed was comfortable with a great view of the Vaishno Devi mountain. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit vaishno devi for darshan or even otherwise.

We tried to get some supplies such as diet coke, and coconut water that weren't available in the hotel menu, however, we were told that the hotel couldn't arrange nor send anyone to help with this. I was traveling from overseas with my friend who is a foreigner and we found it very uncomfortable when they couldn't help. also, there weren't adequate towels fir bathing, having come from the yatra one would think that this is something that would be a given. also, the phone number listed on the website isn't reachable, so when we came back from the yatra we could reach the hotel to arrange transportation and pick up.

The restaurant was great food was good and different each day we had breakfast and dinner package and worth it, the whole team every day was great and very facilitating. The night team where very helpful myself and my son where sick they came up to change the bedding and assisted with new towels and making sure we where comfortable in our time of need. We booked two other rooms for the rest of our party all of whom where very happy, all the staff we interacted with where kind and curious! Thank you very much for making a special trip that much nicer!

The only thing I would say is I am an English women traveling with my Indian Family whilst checking in I took care as it was myself who made the booking, half way through the receptionist switched to Hindi to ask details for my Bhiaya, whom did not make the booking. I understand due to culture it may seem normal and I am sur she was more comfortable in Hindi, but fo me it was very rude - However I would not say it effected the stay in any way but something to be aware of as I am not sure how many English people you might get. Everything else however was wonderful.

The hotel lobby is good. Staff is pleasing and welcoming. One of them escorted us to the room. Toon is good size and well decorated. The food is exceptional good and a very good breakfast

The bathroom fixtures were faulty. When we used hand shower with hot water then the overhead shower was also leaking with cold water. Toilet flush was also faulty. First day morning only we let them know of the the fault but they couldn’t set it right till we checked out

Everything was as I expected. Really cooperative staff.. Love to be here again if same services are improvised.. the room massage was expensive but worth it. They need a massage room.. since my massage happened on floor since the bed was cushiony.. I loved the food taste only expected it to be a bit cheap.. the staff is prompt and the views are amazing.. washroom and hot water is available. Loved it . Made my Mata rani journey memorable..

Flawless stay. courteous staff, accommodative, and helpful. Arun, especially at the front desk, was very polite. Managed a drive to the helicopter booking counter at 4:30 AM by hotel and provided proper information. Couldn't be happier, though the stay was short, but Will definitely chose again in the future.

Not a thing is there to not like about. Everything was seamlessly perfect.
