The service was good, staff was friendly. Food was really good

New brand hotel well done spacious rooms , sparkling clean , great room service and house keeping Absolutely top notch And the very cherry on the cake was their restaurant I think it has one of the best Vegetarian fare that i have had Their chef Nitin and his colleague chef from Nepal did an absolutely amazing job The recipes dished out by chef Nitin are spectacular and the staff trained by him are just superb Keep it and kudos

Well the to and fro charges should to the helipad should be incorporated in the price of the room or should have been informed to us at check In But didn’t spoil our flavour of the stay

If you’re planning to visit Vaishno Mata for Darshan, the location of your stay is crucial. Katra Marriott Resort is approximately 6 km before Banganga/Katra Bus Stand. Considering this distance, the hotel should ideally offer free pickup and drop services for added convenience.

What I did not like is that despite Katra Marriott Resort being located around 6 km from Banganga/Katra Bus Stand, the hotel does not provide complimentary pickup and drop services, which would have been a thoughtful addition given the distance.

Friendly staff. Clean property. Manicured garden. Good and prompt communication. Nice pool and gym. Nice view of the Shrine. They delivered my luggage directly to the train station after my visit to Shrine. They upgraded my room to a Cottage at no extra cost.

Location - it's about 5 km from the town. Voltage fluctuation,, but there is good power back up. Lobby didn't have air-conditioning in the morning when it was quite humid.

Marriot hotel and spa in Katra is amazing. The service as soon as we arrived was perfect and they accommodated some changes to our room. I must give a special mention to the food and the restaurant team. Vishal and all the chefs made such a wonderful buffet selection and the waiting staff were also great. I would recommend this as a place to stay especially if you are visiting Vaishno Devi. Thank you for a lovely stay

The calmness and stillness of the site is worth every penny. The staff was courteous and very helpful. There was no rush of check out. We had our cab at 3 am after Mata darshan. Loved every bit of our stay here.We were given free pick up and drop from hotel to the start of the trek.The whole team is amazing . The relaxation that we needed after 32 kms of trekking in 10 hours was very well taken care of .

Great stay, helpful staff. Breakfast was good, staff were very courteous. However room prices are expensive compared to other hotels in the area. Extra bed was charged at 2500rs + taxes and was not very comfortable as the mattress was jumpy.

The service was brilliant. The team - Sahil, Shallu & more, were prompt. I received an email from the property one day prior to my check in, asking for my food preferences.

The property is not located close to the market, so you need to hire a cab everytime you need to step out.

The food was superb. Chef Bhawani Chef bhupendra Chef Nandan went out the way to deliver the experience and the food.

Everything was great.

Fairly new property, large rooms and great staff. I’d like to make a special mention about Deepak, Mayank, Deena, and the chef for their excellent services at the front desk, overall stay, amazing food, and the spa.
