I like one thing, that they did accept my request as it was my Anniversary so they decorated the room and provided me Cake complimentry. which I really appraise.

room was not big enough, because I stayed at Fortune by ITC as well and their rooms and views of room were amazing at the same cost. rooms were good and near to main market. I didn't take the breakfast, they arranged the packing but due to rush, I was unable to pick my breakfast as my train was at 6 and I had to leave by 5, I told the In-room dining but unfornutely they didnt inform the reception and I forgot as I was in hurry.

Our stay at Vivanta Katra has been VERY SPECIAL for many reasons. The surroundings are tranquil and serene. The hotel has a unique ambiance which allows you to soak up the experience of being so close to the sacred Bhavan. Although we travelled alone as a family of four from UK, each staff member went the extra mile to make us feel relaxed, informed, nourished and supported in a very professional manner. Our taxi driver Tarsem helped us with the logistics; Vaishali In reception coordinated everything and ensured that our needs were met, for example interconnecting rooms; Sandeep and the amazing Chef provided a sophisticated & tasty dining experience; we had rejuvenating massage after the yatra from the spa. Our teenage boys enjoyed the pool and games room. We spent quality family time together and made lots of memories.

the property is simple beautiful with lush green gardens, flowers ,pool and a play area.Rooms are clean and spacious .The staff is what made our stay wonderful.They are courteous,polite and very helpful.I would like to specifically mention Mr.Ashok at the ‘Mynt’ who suggested the best food on menu and made sure we had the food to our taste and get a taste of local cuisine. the live music at Mynt made the dinner really special. Mr.Roop who took care of our travel in and around was very helpful too.Thank you to the entire hotel staff for making our stay so comfortable and memorable .

I really enjoyed my stay with my family. A special thanks to your night duty FMC manager-Mr. Vijay Kumar and his team members like Ravi, Shivani, Poonam and Ashok. They were extremely courteous, and friendly. They themselves came forward and offered good services!! Lovely team!! Will definitely visit again. The property is very big and kids' friendly. A lot of swings and Badminton court added feather to the cap!!

There’s a lot to like and fall in love with this serenely located property. It’s very calm and away from hustles bustles of the city. Surrounded by tall trees overlooking the Trikoot mountains in the north and wrapped around by lush greenery, nicely maintained and sufficient sized rooms with large panoramic windows were overlooking green gardens. Food was awesome!! Great taste and options to try out. They even have souvenir and dry fruits shop where visitors can buy quality stuff at reasonable prices.

Nothing as such but believe if rooms could have been little bigger in size and overall package with all meals could have been more pocket friendly. As such this place is little far from city and one doesn’t have other options in the neighborhood which is good in a sense.

we are always stay in Vivanta and this time son alone stayed there. staff, property & food . now they know my family.

I came to know this time onwards they charged 1000 INR for pick & drop if no premium room . this is not good post taken by Taj Group Taj group has big brand and they should put such charges to guest. it should FOC as was maintaining this hotel since binging. Majority of hotels give free facility in Katra for guests. I think Taj Group should review again this policy in favor of Guests

Property was beautiful, had a dedicated children playing area. Pool was small but there was a separate small kids pool, so for parents this was blessing. Pool incharge was also good n took good care for all kids visiting the pool. Arun,Amar,Nirdosh,Anshul( driver) everyone was good.As a parent of small kid i look at the comfort level of my kid and they made sure to cater all my kids need be it food or play. I booked Premium room.

Bathroom was exceptionally small.

The staff. Awesome location, the location add a leisure holiday as well to the holy one. They helped us arrange the decorations for my daughter's birthday, it was very nice gesture. The staff especially the one who's name starts with N, who helped us with the bags while checking in and checking out was really helpful, sorry for forgetting the name.

It would be nice to have more variety in the breakfast. However staff was excellent. Mr Ashok is very pleasant and well mannered Mr Roop Singh Charak who drove us to Katra Base is professional , polite and guided us well

Breakfast was awesome and location was absolutely beautiful.

Room water drainage wasn’t working properly so we were relocated to another room. There was still some weared smell around the coridore.
