Amazing place. Received excellent help from Sumith at the reception. Food was also great. The staff in the kitchen really went above and beyond.

The heating system....the hot water wasn't so hot....so each time that you needed to shower you had to tell them to turn on the heating system which was extremely annoying.

The location, breakfast, staff behavior, etc was very great. Would definitely recommend it to friends and families.

Requested an additional mattress on the very first day, which wasn't provided which made our stay bit uncomfortable.

Excellent location and very helpful staff. They are prompt, courteous and efficient.The breakfast was simple but very good and suffiecient considering all people are here for visiting Vaishnodevi. The pick up and drop facility was very prompt and good and its just a 10min walk to main market

No real negative but there are plenty new hotels in the area so KCR will have to update the rooms a bit eventually

The facilities, the overall hotel was nice. The food was good and we decided to eat in majority of the time. A nice garden for evening tea was an added plus.

Room cleanliness is letting the hotel down. I personally met the Supervisor and he did get the room back to about 80% where it should have been from the word go. Probably cleanliness is what is stopping this hotel from becoming an excellent hotel.
