It was a great stay and very kind pick and drop to the temple. I am totally satisfied until leave the hotel.

I asked reception for the driver number to travel from katra to Jammu. He said he will call and confirm. However, he took 500 rs extra from us for no reason. Driver charged 1200 but the reception took advance 500 day before night for booking and the total i paid 1700rs where driver charged only 1200. 😔

near to Vaishnodevi temple and market. they also provided us with the car for darshan and pick up after darshan 🙏

Loved the hospitality. The staff was very polite and forthcoming.The services were prompt and the hotel was kind enough to accommodate for the request of dinner when we arrived late on the date of arrival. The food was decent too and their support staff were sweet enough to take requests for car cleaning on short notice. Overall, a very decent stay. Location wise also, it's located near Banganga and nearby markets.

Room was spacious, neat & clean! Balcony view was gorgeous. Service was prompt. The fan had an issue but they fixed it promptly in night! Food was nice. They provided drop & pickup services till Banganga. There was an error in food billing, but they refunded the amount once pointed out

Food was bit overpriced. Location was bit far from main market, so auto will charge ₹100.

Room did not had sofa as shown on the website, only wooden chair were there, room didn't had wardrobe.

.Rooms are very spacious and staff is very cooperatively. They provided complementary taxi services to near about places. It is great value for money.

Bathroom do have basic fitting, can be improved.

From hotel balcony the holy trikut porbot and Mata shree vaishnodebi pathway wel seen, paban ji very helpful.
