Location of the property is centre of the city and easily reachable. Excellent and well trained staff. Hotel has free wifi service 24 X 7, which is a good for aal the guest as prepaid SIM not working in J&K. Food was awesome and excellent service too. Overall a Value of Money stay will recommend our friends.

Nothing, every thing is as per our expectations

Location is good, on the main road n easily visible, room is spacious. Food is okay . Less options though. But the staff is excellent, always having a smile n helpfull.

There was a distinctive stinch in the corridor otherwise all good.

Feel like home here, very courteous staff and excellent services. Neat and clean room. The hotel offers a drop till yatra starting point. Location is also prime. Good food at a reasonable price.

The breakfast had delicious variety to choose from...it was hygienic and tasty...while it was a buffet certain items were served on the table with lot of care

Room could have had a doormat for the bathroom and the station for keeping baggage was missing in room 217

The staff was very helpful even though I landed up at an ungodly hour of 2 am. The guy at the front desk and the staff were very helpful and helped in a quick check in Wonderful reception staff

I'd say that our overall experience has just been amazing......Right from our Check-in, till our Check-out! Kudos to the staff for their amazing Hospitality in everything and every way possible! They Guided us on the right track and looked up to us, like family! Great Hospitality and Excellent Services. Every thing was out of our expectations, we got free Room upgrade with Balcony View Room. Big Room size and Neat and clean too. Food was awesome and extremely supportive staff. Specialy Mr. Sharma help us to arrange our VIP passes for darahan at Bhawan, which was very great and kind help.

Food .. what a delicious food they cooked and served. I must say The chef has a magical hand :)..we packed food for our further journey as well... Staff behaviour was very good..
