The chicken stroganoff was a creamy, savory triumph, perfectly balanced and bursting with flavor in every bite. The rasmalai was divine—soft, spongy, and soaked in a delicately sweet saffron-infused milk that melted in our mouths. And the scoop of vanilla ice cream? The staff were very friendly and very helpful at the front office and restaurant. Good size room. Parking was available. Food was good and tasty and we were convinced that it was hygienically prepared.

Not to have the (more or less) same menu every day. India is probably the only country in the world, which has vastly varying cuisines within its own border. They should and they can; and have the know-how. Why not use it to their advantage. Some staff also give us the customer feedback cards. V did not like it. These cards should be kept on the table along with the menu card or at the reception counter. If the guests r so happy/unhappy, v will fill it ourselves on our initiatives.

This hotel is gorgeous. Very nice equipments, big rooms, beautiful swimming pool. Breakfast (buffet) had a lot of variety and was good. Staff was helpful and nice.

I tried to cancel my stay for major circumstances but no one has ever replied to my different attempts (email, whatsapp, phone calls) nor to Booking.com 's customer service attempts. This was very disappointing and troublesome.

Everything was incredible. The staff were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to assist in any way they could. Rooms were clean and spacious. Food on site was delicious and fresh. Grounds were well maintained. Easy access to near by malls, restaurants, and parks.

The room is large but the view is out the back and not the view advertised. Still they are large and comfortable and have good toiletries and a balcony. The breakfast was good as well with a vast spread and helpful staff. The property has quite a few amenities but all are not available to guests. Location was perfect for us but can be a little out of the way for most.

It rained while we were there and the inner passage ways were completely wet and slippery as there is no protection or covering from the rain. The car park also had turned extremely muddy. The AC conked off in the middle of the night but they promptly sent a technician to reset it and it was fine.

The rooms were big and clean... the staff ( cleaners, waiters)were friendly...

The staff at the reception should be taught how to meet and greet you. They were not friendly

I liked the rooms and toiletry supplies. The staff was very polite and helpful. I could only have breakfast partially and it was tasty. Next time, Fern only without a doubt.

I found the rule that guests cannot enter in specific time a bit unusual.

Room, cleanliness, food

Work going on, very crowded and lit even in late night due to wedding reception which was bang in front of the room. Next day, workers dismantling the set made it look like a construction site

The location is a little far from the city, however if you’re looking for some peace and quiet like we did its ideal. The staff is extremely professional and prompt and the food is really good. The breakfast is wholesome.

Bathtubs maybe? Everything was exceptional though!

The staff, despite being a bit inexperienced, were always smiling and helpful. The food at the Vista too was very good, with great service.

The front desk registration and payment formalities are time consuming. Need better systems to handle multiple registration and billing counters.
