Ambience of Room is good, staff is courteous , Issue is I booked along with Breakfast but it was not there, When I book through Booking.com, we enter Crad details but payment is taken direct.

Being an Interior designer I was delighted with Reception area look...So simple but classy and refreshing.! Rooms were very neat and clean.

Should have provided a hair dryer and dental kit itself in room. Also cafe didn't serve buffet and took orders through alacart. Food didn't meet my expectation as it tasted more like some outstation types and not typical Puneri..

have stayed here once. Comfy beds, silent room with neat & clean bathrooms. fresh towels & perfect for a night stay. They have internet TV which is better offering than other

Breakfast was good and the staff was courteous. Rooms were neat, clean and tidy.

Only the location was a challenge. The turn was on a busy road, you blink and miss it. Also the parking was a bit of a challenge due to the very narrow entrance.

Rooms are neat and clean. The staff is also super cool. They have provided Qr for the basic essentials such as dental kits and towels,slippers etc.. that's a unique way I haven't seen anywhere till now.

Room service and restaurant is not available overnight

Neat & clean rooms with comfy beds. Staff is courteous & very humble. Check in pretty simple & fast. Got upgrade to premium room

Good location. Magarpatta quality.

Although hotel name says magarpatta it's not located within magarpattacity. Location is still good. Too many hotel staffs at reception. Hotel staff is not required to accompany to the room unless specially requested by guest. Staff should use deodorants.

Fast checkin service and complementary tonic water during summer.

Invoicing & Checkout time is always extended.

Services was excellent. Speedy check in with room given was as per my choice, thank you Harshal for the same. Well managed property, credit goes to the Manager Piyush. Enjoyed the stay.
