Absolutely loved our stay! The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless and the beds extremely comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic location with modern, clean rooms and a cozy atmosphere. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Loved the little touches, like complimentary drinks and a well-stocked minibar.

Exquisite service throughout. Staff was attentive, discreet, and incredibly kind. From room service to concierge, the hospitality felt thoughtful and refined.

The stay was really good and comfortable. Shilpa was very helpful at the front desk. Would definitely visit again if staying in Kharadi. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with a lot of options including South Indian and North Indian breakfast dishes.

Please avoid all hotels with the name "Fab" or "OYO" in India. Trust me.

Breach of contract and racial discrimination. Booked this room and received several messages from the property asking me to pay in advance. I took a 6 hour bus ride from another city, and walked for 20 minutes to get there at 11pm. The staff at this hotel told me they don't serve foreigners and asked me to leave. Called some 'manager' on the phone and he repeated the same stuff. I pointed at the German guy who reviewed this hotel, and all the other facts of the matter, but they told me to leave. But, hey, booking.com gave me a $5 credit for the trouble. This property is in a remote part of Pune, on a dusty road lined by a trash dump and full of stray dogs. There is no reason for anyone to repeat this experience. If you are new to India, make sure to avoid all hotels with the name "Fab" or "OYO".

Absolutely nothing. Had I known that it is OYO hotel I’d have not booked it. OYO hotels are generally very ill maintained and are not at all value for money. This hotel was not any different.

It was full of cockroaches and spiders. Literally spiders bigger than 2 CMs were all over the bed and chairs and walls. Entire room was cockroach infested. Bathroom was wet all the time since the taps were leaking.

I did not stay as the hotel was under renovation and lot of labour was working there. I did not feel safe and I walked out. I even asked Fab Hotel to regund my booking amount, but they did not do it
