My recent experience at Housemate Hotel was truly exceptional, exceeding all my expectations. The hotel undoubtedly lived up to international standards, providing a delightful and memorable stay that left me thoroughly satisfied. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, making me feel welcomed from the get-go. The room service provided daily was impeccable, ensuring that I returned to a clean and tidy space after a day of exploring the city. The room itself was cozy and well-appointed, equipped with all the amenities one would expect from a reputable hotel

The only minor drawback I could find was the absence of a mini refrigerator in the room. While not a deal-breaker, having the convenience of a mini fridge would have been a nice addition to store snacks and beverages. Despite this small inconvenience, my overall experience at Housemate Hotel was entirely comfortable and worth every penny.

The room and the location.

I have met three Receptionists at this property. Two of them had an unprossional attitude. Well I actually dont blame them because its not a classy Hotel. I mean What can you expect?.I had to book this property only because I was on a rush and it was an unexpected travel for me. However, the third receptionist who made us check-in was a professional and kind person.

The place is clean, quiet , affordable and the staff are accommodating just add some toiletries to make it excellent stay of guests.The food is good and for like me that cant tolerate the spicy not to worry as they can adjust the food according to your preference.I strongly recommend this place especially to Filipino who are planning to have a short stay in this place…

the staffs are accommodating and trustworthy, clean room and good service... the location and ambience are okay so far, keep up the good service and more power

the things i don't like is the noise of door banging when other occupants closing their doors... they should keep the room sound proof to make the occupants sleep well without hearing all this banging doors..

Staff was the best receptions and the restaurant for breakfast it’s worth it . But the cleanliness I got some blood stain in the pillow I called but they responded and didn’t even bother to check with my call for change of linens

All the staff are very warm, friendly, and accommodating. The bed is also very comforting.

There is nothing I didn't like.

Friendly staff. Cleaned room. Easy access to rooms.

Charged extra.

My logic key didnt work for whole day . Had to ping staff multiple times to open my gate using master key .
