Really well maintained, and the staff is exceptionally accommodating! The buffet options is really good.

A certain attention to detail seems to be lacking. For example, the water kettle was broken, the phone was incorrectly attached. Limited channels on TV. The TV remote had low battery. Everything else was really good, however an overall experience can be elevated, if certain quality-checks are maintained, especially before someone checks in. Also, the ala-carte food wasn’t up to the mark. We had ordered Grill Chicken, Fried Rice and Cold Coffee - All of the dishes were underwhelming.

Everything was done smoothly from check- in to check out. They even provide luggage storage facilities in case the flight is later in the night. The breakfast presentation and taste were so up to the mark. Moreover the service at the restaurant during breakfast as well as dinner was great. The property is not far away from airport and Uber is readily available in case of travelling around. For extra bed the service desks had to be called twice but not a big deal. Extra water bottles and towels were provided promptly. Overall good stay.

They only issue was the mattresses, not sure what was the reason behind but in our room (319) the mattresses were a bit tilted and whoever would sleep would slide a bit towards their side. We were there just for a night so wasn’t a big issue otherwise we had to get our room or the mattresses changed. Jokingly my father called it sliding mattresses. Else all good.

I liked the ambience of the hotel lobby, restaurant and bar. the staff were friendly and gave excellent service.

the bath towels have stains on them. the power sockets in the work table wasn’t working.

Experienced much improvement at the hotel compared to my earlier stays right from check-in to check-out. I stayed in the Business Class room which has been recently partially renovated with new carpets, new comfortable pillows and mattress. Every detail was well taken care of and housekeeping was of high standard. Various options were available at the breakfast and I found that quality of food and service has improved considerably.

On this trip, I was very much satisfied and found nothing negative to comment about.

The room's bed was a little small, not capable of covering our 3 pax. Breakfast was extreme excellent with many options but they do not have more indian menu options for lunch & dinner

Swimming pool was under construction for 2 months, which was not specified at the time of booking, which was unfair unfair, so management operation is not capable of handling facilities update on every 3rd party web portal.

Spacious and comfortable room. Stocked mini bar with snacks and drinks. Lovely staff. All friendly and welcoming with excellent service Food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was superb with a wide variety of options. Location was good from airport. About 45 mins to an hour to places in wider Pune, like laxmi road

Pool floor was closed for renovation. I had planned to use on my down day. So advance notification would have been good

The hotel needs to check cars coming into the hotel premises and also guests need to be frisked before entering the hotel lobby . This was missing and counts for not following safety protocols .

I had a very pleasant stay. The staffs were very courteous and helpful especially Karuna at the Skybar and Avijit at the breakfast buffet. The place was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this place to my friends and colleagues if they are travelling to Pune.

It may be a technical glitch that my room key card had to be reset multiple times in 3 days.

The breakfast spread was quite ok although communication with the staff was a bit tough. They found it difficult to understand at the first instance.

Some maintenance activity was ongoing at the restaurant at the same time of lunch. While guests were having lunch the dusty floors(because of maintenance) were being wiped. The maintenance could have been done at a different timing.

The location was easy to find. The staff were courteous. The food was fantastic. The Great Kabab Factory Restaurant served the best starters and the head chef Zameer Ahmed was very good. In general, the staff were very kind and welcoming.

The gym area in the 7th floor could use some ventilation or air purification. Facilities were good.
