This hotel was located walking distance to my workplace in Kharadi so that was really convenient. I stayed in a one bedroom suite which gave us lounge access - free drinks and nibbles every evening which was nice. The breakfast in the morning was quite generous, I'm not a fan of Indian breakfast options, but you could always order different eggs or pancakes which were made fresh so that was really great. The staff in this hotel are all amazing - from the front desk team to the restaurant team, housekeeping, room service, to the doormen - everyone was friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home - which is so important when you are staying in a hotel for nearly a month.

This is more of an aesthetic thing - the hotel has a nice little garden but there were only two benches in the paved area next to it for the smokers. I would recommend putting some tables in the garden area so that people can come and enjoy the greenery and the fresh air. So nice with your morning coffee!

The staffs are very accomodating, helpful and professional. The hotel is ccessible to nearby facilites and even malls. Airport is just 20mins away. They have accessible transportation for airport and day use. Good thing is that they will handle all the transaction for the transportation and you will just need to pay at the hotel. So you dont even need to use or exchange cash for transpo. Facilities is a little old but you can see that it was clean and properly maintained. The staff from entrance are very professional and they make sure that security checks are done which makes me feel safe. Ms.Shivani from the reception (day duty) was very professional and helpful and make sure to attend my needs from arrival to departure. Even if I didnt ask she makes extra mile to make sure i was taken care of especially on breakfast and travels and also make sure that I even arrived home safely👍👍 Mr.Anand (night duty) was very helpful and professional also making sure that I will have a smooth departure. He even provided some muchies prior to my departure🍫🧃. Highly appreciated it. Thank you also Mr.carl watchmaker for active responses and assistance during my bookings and itineraries prior to my stay. For my very short stay it was amazing. Everyone was helpful with smile on their face. Keep it up. Highly receommended place to stay

Would prefer if they have an available 24/7 staff that will be able to response in night emails. Usually they only response in day for emails and other social media platforms. It was my only challenge prior to my arrival to the hotel as i am still overseas but nonetheless their hotel hotline is accessible 24/7 but ofcourse international calls can be costly so would prefer for them to have active email.

The staff right from the porch is so caring and makes you feel at home. Akash at the porch, the front desk team right from Amit (AFOM), Shrushti at check in and Shankar both were friendly and accommodating. Including the breakfast venue Kava was great with Ashish , Pratik and overall staff so prompt and remembered my preference the next day also at checkout all came to bid farewell with all of them and Yogesh. With just 2 days of stay we didn't feel like leaving and extending.. the entire team here is like a family now and kudos... Will be back soon

Breakfast was excellent! Staff was very courteous and helpful. Food was great! Nitesh and the guy who makes omelette for the morning breakfast were prompt and provided excellent service. I can without a doubt say that every person of the staff provided EXCELLENT customer service!

Staffs were really kind and helpful. Special thanks to Ashish Sinha, Amit Bhambri and Manisha Kori.I had lost my phone in the cab and was really difficult to get it back. But they helped us to retrieve back as soon as possible. Also made sure we reached the airport in time by arranging a cab in the middle of the night. Huge thanks to all the staffs for their help and support. Would love to visit again.

Breakfast was good so also location

Spray near commode is on the wrong side and the pipe is too hard to operate in particular for the senior citizens. Moreover only half portion of the shower area is covered by glass. This is as far as room number 626 where we stayed for 2 days.

The hotel offers a good spread at the breakfast buffet. We were there for two days, and the menu was different on both days. The staff are also very helpful in suggesting options, that you might not see on the buffet table!

The pillows in the room could definitely do with an upgrade. The pillows seemed deflated and were uncomfortable. For a property of this standing, the quality of pillows could definitely do with an improvement.

The staff most unconventional and most helpful. Special mention should be made of Mr Vikram, Naba Kumar Pradan and Tulsi Das. Further the room was very clean and the housekeeping was on our beck and call.

Nothing to be precise.

I recently stayed here for work for 5 days. My experience was wonderful! The hotel was exceptionally clean, food was delicious and location was perfect for my purpose. Being a solo female traveler, this turned out a perfect choice as it was very very safe with courteous staff. More than all other good things, I absolutely loved the service. The entire staff was extremely courteous and prompt! Will definitely stay again!

Rooms were slightly smaller than my preference but good enough for a solo traveler or a couple.
