Easily accessible clean sea beach , swimming pool car rent service available in hotel . Puri station less than 5 min distance in toto/auto rickshaw. Away from the crowd of Swargadwar area. Toto stand nearby though they take higher price. Cafeteria is quite large , capable to accomodate 10-15 family members together for lunch and dinner. Food quality is good , but price slightly higher side. Free evening snack ( jhalmuri ) and tea at happy hour 5 pm to 6 pm was refreshing. Overall it's a very good hotel for pleasant stay away from usual crowd of Puri Swargadwar.

Breakfast inclusion option not there. You can order Ala cart at Gajapathi cafe there. I feel the air conditioning of Gajapathi cafe should be improved. It had some bad odour inside the cafe. wifi connection not good, should be improved. Check room views before booking. One have to go to Swargadwar area for local delicacy and marketing. While booking a cab through agency attached to hotel for local sight seeing, be careful when you pay to the driver online through Gpay. Make sure they have active Gpay account .Else pay in cash or pay at Hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location, the amenities like swimming pool, lawn area are well maintained, the food quality is good but a little costly, beach access is good. Overall my stay in the hotel was satisfactory.

The A/c wasn't working properly, but since I had infants with me it didnt matter much.

The view , private beach , pool and the maintenance of the property was very good .

Need to work more on the amenities for the prize they are charging ,telephone connections, wifi and hot water were not available for most of the time.

The food served is good.

Breakfast should be made complimentary at Holiday Resort. Holiday Resort seems to be a dead zone for a telecom network. We found ourselves out of our telecom network in the hotel.

This is one thing we are upset.Nirmally our expectation was complimentary with great items in buffet form.

I like that hotel is on beach front, great view,good food in comparison with other restaurants in puri. Service is quite fast.nice pool we enjoyed alot. Good aesthetic view.

I didn't liked the service was slightly late in restaurants during breakfast & dinner.

Complimentary breakfast should be included in the room tariff . Atleast for those who stay for two days. And kids section should also be available for children's.

Pool and ambience

The pool caretaker was a disturbing fellow....people want to get relax at the pool but he unnecessary ineteruppting frequently to use their costumes and finally i had to get out of the pool....this was not during my earliee visits...but this time i got fed up with thia pool caretaker guy....management must look into the matter

Too many mosquitoes in the room. Front desk staff very abrupt and not courteous.

My family has been to Puri several times earlier but they found Holiday Resort to be the best accommodation by far. The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to the railway station and next to the beach. The approach path from the hotel to the beach is good too. The beach closest to the hotel is quite clean and not crowded at all so we had a lovely time by ourselves. The hotel is clean and hygienic. The rooms and bathroom are neat as well. The housekeeping staff are efficient and prompt in response. Though the hotel does not provide a buffet their a la carte at the restaurant has a good variety. The food at the restaurant is good but has scope for improvement particularly owing to the high prices. The swim pool is good size and clean as well. The staff in general are courteous and accommodating. They gave an early check in to us when requested. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend to families planning a holiday in Puri.
