The place was abysmal very bad, staff is worst, no help no service, to get a tes they take 90 mins, to get a plate they take 90mins... Worst stay ever...on first night they had no electricity...we stayed on road untill 5:30am...hotel staff of no help...worst place to live...Rooms din get cleaned for both days we stayed...

The hospitality of the security guard and the plumber.

First reaching at the property i showed them them the booking from 28-29 November. The receptionist said we dont take booking.com seriously. You can leave the booking from that and pay us directly because we dont see the booking at our side. She saw the booking from 28th to 30th and refused to even check with booking.com or refresh and check the booking. I had booked one king and one deluxe alongwith breakfast for 5498 plus taxes. She said she would talk to the manager and after talking she said we can only give u 2 deluxe room at that price . Since i had already reached i had no other choice but to take whatever she said. Upon saying that its a bad review for customer she said you can give review wherever you want.entered the room the bedsheet was muddy, fan was making creaking sound,the bathroom tap if opened shower was also switching on, no toiletries.
