Hotel is located on the new Marine drive on the beach-front, with the main entrance being on a lane, leading from the road. We checked in on 9th evening around 6pm after a long drive, and were provided adjacent rooms with lovely views of the Bay of Bengal. The rooms were spacious, linen clean and crisp, and service comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary, and had several Indian food options with live Dosa counter. The small swimming pool is on the ground floor which we used once.

Although, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, there were a few minor irritants... the hotel does not have a gym, which ideally should be there especially for health conscious travellers, and the swimming pool needs to be maintained better. On the second day, it had not been cleaned, which was a dampener. Another surprise was when they charged exorbitantly for drinking water (INR 80/- for 1L Bisleri) on the check-out day stating a "lame" reason that they do not provide water on the check-out day as per hotel policy!! This could certainly have been avoided with a bit of prudence.

The hotel is good, the staffs are cooperative and well-behaved. Facilities are good. The location is near the sea but far from the centre.

Check out time is 8-00 AM which may problematic for maximum tourists. It should be after 10-00 AM, preferably at 12-00 noon.

Exceptional hospitality.... cleanliness to the core ...homely food..excellent serene location away from the maddening crowd. Bang opposite to beach with personalised resting chairs on beach. Crystal clear swimming pool.excellent staff. Would like to visit again.

A balcony would have been superb instead of bay window.

We have been going to Puri for the past 50 years and this property surely stands out to be one of the best FIVE . Moreover...they had arranged a PANDA ( PRIEST) for giving offers to SREE JAGANNATH MANDIR at a very reasonable honorarium. Also arranged for a car for sightseeing. Very smiling & helpful staff .

They have publicized the property having a PRIVATE BEACH which they don't have but the beach is just across the road and they gave us CHAIRS from the hotel to sit on .

Good location, pristine beach opposite, good breakfast option, close proximity to all Puri attractions, courteous staff.

The bathroom needs bath area partition with glass/acrylic to prevent water flow to entire space, the doors and finishings need uplift, water kettle gets too hot at handle needs replacement.

The ambience and staff are really good. Food was awesome & tasty. Will definitely visit again. Just a heads up for all, you have to pay at least half of the total amount for security before check in date.

Everything was so good, they will take care of everything you ask, but it would be better if we receive a call as well for the prepayment, as checking emails while traveling is bit impossible.

Food... Loved the in room dining service. Super food preparations. My wife and I enjoyed each every meal we had in the hotel. Breakfast too also good, although not too elaborate as one would experience in regular hotel chains but I was quite happy with their spread. Good staff, very polite and responsive. The Front office team was very efficient.

The hotel may explore to provide shuttle service to Shree Jagganthji Temple at regular interval and may include this into the hotel tariff. Local transport is limited to Autos (in case one is not having transport) which are a bit expensive, for a short knock of 3/4 Kms they charge Rs150 one way, which goes up to Rs 250 if the distance increases.

The hotel is clean and tidy, good buffet breakfast, staff is very courteous and helpful. HAd a great time as our 2 rooms had attached balcony so both the families enjoyed a lot. DIrect infornt of beach awesome view from balcony, clean beach in front was a plus. I booked 1 room through booking and 1 room directly. Booking was smooth and easy. Both rooms were superb. We loved our stay and time there. Food ordered in retaurant and room service was tasty and up to the standard. They had pandit ji who helped us with darshan as well so it was a plus too. That u. recommending to family and friends too.

Liked everything there. Puri is awesome and so is the hotel.

The hotel is very good and very well located. Far from the crowd of swargadwar. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The entrance can be little less crowded and the hotel banner in the night must glow.
