The location is perfect. Its good for people who would like to enjoy ocean view without hustle bustle from swargadwar. The property has a nice little rooftop swimming pool plus a good spa. All staff are very courteous, kind and take good care. I went with my old parents and they took very good care of them. The property has a very good restaurant and the cook prepare very good bengali dishes. The dishes tastes so good that we had to ditch renowned bengali restaurants like 16 ana or kasturi. Very good breakfast also. All in short we had a very good stay

Wifi could be better

We stayed at this property for 3 nights occupying 3 rooms as a family with kids and grand parents. The stay has been very peaceful and relaxed. We enjoyed amazing sea views from the front sea facing rooms as well as the partial sea facing super deluxe room. The highlight of our stay was the super efficient and helpful staff including at reception, housekeeping and restaurant, had managed to cater to all our requests with a smile. Glory and Kahnu helped us immediately after arrival to sort our rooms as we had special requests regarding the placements of our rooms. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The commodities included in the room are well thought of. Note:The view was better from the 3rd floor room

The wifi service could have been better

Breakfast was alright. Food quality could improve a bit. However it's the staff that stole my heart. Everyone at the property go beyond thier duties to make customer truly comfortable and precious. Special shout to the restaurant team, I cant very well remember the girls name in restaurant it starts with L, lakshika something, despite language barrier she was awesome and polite. The hotel is lucky to have some great staff on board.

The make up of the wardrobe/closet was a bit odd in the room we stayed in. It was placed in a tiny corner of the room which wasn't symmetrical at all. A bit annoying as not very well.lit in that corner.

Brakfast was excellent, lots of healthy options and fresh food-suitable for western travellers or visitors of old age. The location could not be better, away from the busy city circle and crowded beaches, yet so close to the beach with such fantastic view. The staff were very professional and helpful. So quiet and peaceful to just sit in the balcony and revisit the past. I would recommend it for vistors of any age and any country. So proud to have a hotel of this standard in my homeland.

It's a new property, so good from that perspective but staff need to be trained better. I found it difficult to comprehend some of their communication. Location wise the hotel is right on the Marine drive road so well connected by e ricks although a tad distant from the swargdwar area.

Not the hotel's fault but there was some construction work underway in the adjacent plot so while the hotel staff told me they were upgrading me to a room with a better view of the sea, it actually ended up being an eye sore owing to the construction work.

Excellent food, Restaurant staff service & good attitude. Clean room and location

Check-in time 12 PM should be managed as per arrival or should be some alternate arrangement snacks / tea to spend wait time for guest reaching early flights / train. Front desk should be more friendly & welcoming

The location is great, right across from the beach. They have a nice terrace and on site restaurant has a good choice of food. The breakfast buffet is a good value. There is parking available and the drive to the busy area and main city is not too far. The staff are helpful and I would definitely recommend this place.

Room size is smaller for the partial sea facing rooms.

It is well located and the place is not as congested as Swargadwar (central location for marketing and stay). The hotel staff is very courteous. The food quality of the restaurant could have been better but during our stay we didn’t face any stomach issues.

The rooms are quite small, especially the ones with twin beds and that leads to a small bathroom in the room..
