Good hotel for budget family. We didn't get availablity at top tier hotels so stayed here. It is not at par to our usual stay but all basic needs are met. It is good but needs lots of improvement in many aspects. It is not sea facing but about 200m away from lighthouse beach. There's limited staff, you see same persons in reception, restaurant and service. Hence it has some downfalls, the buffet refill, order preparation, utensils refill, room requests can take some good time. But all staff are well behaved, hard working and do their duties well. They gave complementary snacks. You can give food order early from room for them to prepare in time. They also gave us two special dishes on request which were not available on their menu. One thing is that their site mentions they don't have restaurant but they do, food is decent. Room has all basic facilities and maintenance is good. They can improve on increasing staffing and quality of service, this hotel has potential to be better. Overall it was a nice stay for 3 days, our vacation in Puri went well

Breakfast was decent. Breakfast quality was good. Large room.

fruit juices should be added & bread was not available. Dosa option not available. Bed was harder side, mattress need upgrade.

Excellent cleanliness. Good food. Friendly make the hotel atmosphere pleasant for us. Stay in this hotel will be memorable to us. In case of future stay at Puri I will choose this hotel again.

Although the property is old and need little renovation, but the overall ambiance is excellent, the staff is very polite, the food is superb. Overall had a amazing stay

As stated earlier, the property is old and need little maintenance. There was seepage in the room.

The rooms are clean and we'll furnished, lights were little low, sitting area on terrace excellent.

The food was miserable, both quality and quantity wise. The many types of food were stale and tasteless. Breakfast was too stale and choice was very low. It needs attention and should stand upto standard levels.

Staff behaviour - All staff were awesome 👌 👏 Food - Not having too much options but everything they have tastes good 😋 Location(near to the beach) Cleanliness - Rooms and all other hotel premises were clean. Have shower area outside in case you are coming from ⛱️ which is good.

Location(way to the beach is not good and worse at nite time as no street lights) Facilities - Overall it was good at this price point, however could be better if they can add few more.

Very good property. Clean Rooms. Very Good food at their resturant. Very well behaved staffs. Wonderful experience.

only issue was the location.. it was near to beach but not the market .. also temple was a bit far .. and autowala etc were taking more money

No restaurants at near by place. So you are bound to eat in hotels restaurant only.
