The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The attention to detail and precision in communication displayed by the staff were truly impressive. I stayed at The Almond Tree for a few days with a friend and everything was fantastic. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and the staff was extremely responsive, kind, and accommodating. Whenever we requested anything, it was at our room within minutes. The staff also took a particular interest in ensuring that our stay in Jodhpur convenient and helping us get book any services we needed (transportation, tailoring, etc). We also really enjoyed the food during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and made fresh and our dinner on the rooftop with the view of the palace was fantastic. We even enjoyed the backdrop of a beautiful firework show from an event that was happening at the palace that night. Our stay exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again.

The building is absolutely stunning. They have spacious rooms. There is a beautiful terrace. The location is right next to the palace and the terrace overlooks it. The kitchen has good portions and prices for food. There are also books in English and board games available for guest use.

I expected a formal hotel but this property is actually a guest house/villa. Thus, a lot of hotel facilities such as gym, bathrooms, and clerks to meet you on arrival isn’t there. When we first arrived we were a bit taken a back. Hotel’s towels were rough and the wifi is so bad it is pretty much nonexistent. To be fair most hotels don’t have good wifi because of the city’s location.

A little outside the city, but just minutes away with a tuktuk or taxi. As we feel we should come with a little more time, we definitively will stay here again.

The location of this home stay is excellent. The property has eight rooms, a nice rooftop to relax, balconies, and a small pool add value to your leisure. Ample space to walk in the locality. The Mewar club is located at a walkable distance that is open for visitors with a nominal charge (about a dollar). A small garden right at the back of this property. Very supportive staff.

It's an excellent place to stay; a few minor attion to details is necessary. Hot water in the shower is at best " luke warm", it needs attention from the property owners. Being a home stay, it does not have any prominent board even at the location. Taxi drivers and ola drivers are unaware of the place. I think sharing the location with the guest while booking would go a long way to ease the problem.

The room was beautiful, clean, and had incredible views. There is a rooftop where you can have dinner and sit around with drinks. They also have a gorgeous swimming pool to swim and sit by when it’s too hot to go out exploring. The staff were all so friendly and helped me when I was sick. The owner let me use his personal driver to take me to the doctors and one of the staff members stayed with me to help translate. They look after you so well here, helping you book anything you need.

Chetan Bakshi and his team were excellent hosts, very accommodating, extremely helpful. and friendly, they instantly made us feel at home. The hotel is beautiful and the room we stayed in was well beyond our expectations. The food was lovely and whatever we needed we only had to ask. Would highly recommend staying here!

You do need some form of transport to get around, but that's not really a deal breaker, as the team will assist you with whatever you need.

We loved the pool which was a perfect temperature and so relaxing! All the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was tasty and Indian curry we had for dinner was so delicious!! Would highly recommend!

The property is in a secure compound area so you need to drive to the city centre, but that was not an issue for us as we had a private driver and it’s close.

Little bit inside from the main gate There is no gated or covered parking so have to park your car on the road near entrance so your car may get dust deposit and heated. The things I didn't like are very minor and can be managed.
