The hotel staff was very good and helpful. Rooms ver clean and very spacious.

AC temperature control unit wasn't working in one of the rooms but it was just about manageable. The hotel though offered to relocate us to another room the next day but we chose to stay put. Breakfast and dinner buffet could have a little more options, especially for non-vegetarian options. Few more entertaining options for kids and children in the play area. Swimming pool didn't had any fresh towels and inspite of requesting a few times, the fres ones didn't arrive.

The staff was good. Special thanks to sheetal in the restaurant and the chef. We requested some food without spices and we got the food but then it wasn't at par. But as soon as we asked Ms. Sheetal took an extra effort and helped us to get fresh food as we wanted and the chef specially came to us. It was an amazing gesture.

The property is a little old many things were under construction.

The cleanliness and arrangement.

The bathroom was a little stuffy, possibly due to a malfunction in the exhaust system. In Indian setting we tend to refill bottles, so the arrangement of RO-supply in every floor could be useful.

Recreational activities and the easy access to tourist places.

Staff was confused. Delivered food ordered by someone else. Delay in room service. A simple Mojito took 45 mins to get delivered to the room.

We liked the restaurant. Food quality was very good and it was very tasty. Complementary breakfast is one of the gem. Resturant staff is very cooperative and humble. We enjoyed the swimming pool also. Room service is also very good. Rooms are spacious and neet and clean.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Except Tata Sky recharge. It was getting discharged everyday and was getting recharged on our request on daily basis.

I landed at Days Hotel as second option but the check in, flexibility, quality of food in the restaurant and specially the staff was really excellent. Now on, it will be my first choice for Neemrana.

All was well, nothing to put here.

Staff needs more training. They need to be also informed about the sightseeing in the area. Also they are not prompt enough in answering to our requests. And although they said there was free WifI, Every time we asked for the password, they said we will call you in the room and tell you. They never did, till we left!

The property was good though it was small..just ok if u want to go for a day or so.. Food was good... especially the paneer lababdar..but the buffet breakfast was average.. similar stuff..it was ok

Less facilities...small park ...park was unavailable as there was wedding scheduled

1-Location; good approach, right on the highway. 2-Building & rooms. 3-Underground parking 4-Restaurant.

1-Garden expansion needs to be expedited. 2-Clutter should be removed from underground parking. 3-Restaurant waiters need better personal grooming & training.

The staffs were helpful. The location was nice, easy to find. The hotel has a playground and pool. Enjoyed the stay over there. The food was good.
