Smiling and helping staff. Clean areas. Delicious food. Good use of Space and facilities. Well managed and Soundproof rooms with good space.

Location was on the road so it could be good for some as easily accessed but I would like to see more green from my room window than traffic. The time when the night temperature is 12 degrees, they were not ready with the heating options.

Facilities

Lady Staff at the front desk in the afternoon I checked in was not at all professional towards attending guests doing multiple things while attending me later on myself thought to sit for some time for check in told her iam in lobby but she vanished iam from hospitality industry for last 26 years and that too from Front desk never seen a staff like that help this review will motivate her.

Rajasthani folk singer at the gate..pleasant welcome smile, good n buland voice...all the staff had a pleasant smile and prompt service.

Suggestion: A pavement in the front lawns would save the grass from trampling and convenient for leisure walks after dinner or for morning walks.

I loved the space in the room. We travelled there as a family and had two adjacent rooms. One could connect both rooms by opening a side door. Restaurant inside the hotel was very good. There are plenty of entertainment options for kids and adults alike. They even packed the breakfast for us

We had some problems with TV and internet facility in the beginning but the hotel staff took care of it.

The rooms, food service and amenities in the room were very well

TV should have a casting option as the set top box didn't have much of channels worth watching. Plus the internet was very weak and kept on getting disconnected

Good Food, Clean Rooms

Tata Sky was having very very limited channel's, but most importantly Hungama, & TV wasn't available. These 2 are really required for the Family members. Child can't be controlled without Shinchan.

Food was awesome

Bed was not comfortable enough to sleep. Kong size bed was made of two different mattresses. Embarassing sound was coming out from mattresses even while taking turn. Main door and almirah doors were making crackling sound. Safe lockers were not working..

The food and room service was good

When we checked into our room. The AC was not working properly...so I had to call 3-4 times to the staff after that they shifted us to another room.

It was wonderful experience for short stay in Hotel Breakfast was quite nice , only suggestion is to add some non-veg dishes also.

Bit attention should be given on Cleanness and hygine also

Service... Food. Room everything was great. Can work on noises from another room and bathroom and need to clean windows so that customer can fully enjoy the view. Enjoyed my time playing billiards and near swimming pool..... Thank you for making our stay comfortable.... ☺
