Hospitality- amazing front desk and kitchen staff is just exceptional. It was surprising for me to see that kitchen staff including chef (when he could) greet and chat with guests and eager to get their feedbacks. I had breakfast included package so I enjoyed it and did order one dinner that also I liked. I just have thanks to say to kitchen staff and good luck so they continue doing such a great job in hospitality business. Little more consideration can be suggested for room staff( doing bedding and making sure room is spotless clean) But no complains they were just a cal away when I needed to check something with them. It could just be me- just more hygiene conscious.

The Arogyadham Retreat was a clean and nice hotel. It had a few niceties, such as free yoga each morning in the rooftop shala, an elevator (lift), a small rooftop pool (though too cold to use when I was there), AC, and an onsite restaurant. The location was towards the northern end of Tapovan, so it was a bit of a walk to most of the shops, restaurants, etc. Overall, the staff was friendly and I really have no complaints as a place to stay. It was what I would expect from the price.

There was a miscommunication one morning where I thought I’d ordered breakfast but only ended up getting coffee. I did manage breakfast there one morning and it was okay. The only thing that was not good was the view. There was no view. And I don’t mean it wasn’t a good view, a panoramic view. The “view” was of a concrete wall about one foot away from the window. Some sun light did filter down from above. I honestly wasn’t there for a view from my hotel room - I just wanted a clean place to sleep, and it was that.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel-during my visit to Rishikesh From the moment I arrived, I was truly impressed with every aspect of my stay. The staff at Hotel were exceptional. They were not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly attentive to every detail. Their recommendations for local attractions and restaurants greatly enhanced my trip. The room I stayed in was immaculate and comfortable. It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities for this hotel. The amenities provided, were excellent and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring. It was conveniently close to local markets and made getting around the city a breeze. I can’t say enough about the dining experience restaurant. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend trying their sattvik food. In summary, my stay at property exceeded my expectations in every way. I had a fantastic experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting waterfalls and sunset point and yoga class. I will definitely be returning on my next trip. Rooms were neat and clean and our stay was good too. Services and staff are helpful and professional. Morning yoga session is free which held at 5:30 AM. There are more services like ayurvedic classes, ayurvedic body massage etc but they are chargeable. They also give you gangajal at your checkout. I booked if for 1400 and it is worth it.

However, this hotel is 5kms far away from treveni ghat and reaching to main center is little bit chanllenging if you're not travelling with car and you have to walk until you find any e-rikshaw or taxi. The outside area is also dirty because of cows and construction.

The breakfast was very good in the hotel and we had a little problem in reaching there as the location is a little away from the road

The hotel staff is very good because the staff took complete care of us, whatever we asked for, we got it and Rohit helped us the most because we got whatever we asked for because the staff is very good.

Hospitality is good , staff nature is very professional and friendly, food is very delicious , room are clean and very comfy, all are excellent 👍

I really appreciate that they feel you like a family . I love to stay at this property. And I also like the terrace area and swimming pool also . Please must visit this property and you will also feel lovely experience there like me 🤩

Room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Felt very luxurious.

Construction noise and occasional power outages, water in the shower turned cold too fast to comfortably allow 2 people to shower.

Quiet location away from the main road, very well-kept house, very clean, free yoga and pool offer, good restaurant with Indian cuisine.

There is no attached parking lot, with a dirt lot in front of the building but with a guard.

Beds are comfy, room is cozy. Def recommend. Clean, bug free.

Pool is not what pics show it to be. You have to be firm about the rate you are getting online, reception tried to up charge. But staff are helpful in general. No laundry services.
