The hotel is awesome. And was one of my favourite stays in a 6 week trip in India. The room was spacious and well equipped and nicely decorated. The outside garden area is lush and green with lots of plants. It's a nice place to relax away from the busy streets around the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There is an Ayurvedic centre on the premises which does great treatments.

The area around the hotel is a building site at the moment, very noisy and not so nice to walk to and from the hotel. I know it's not the hotel's fault so don't judge them on it. The hotel itself is really great. But it does disturb some of the peace and tranquility that the hotel offers.

A beautiful and cozy hotel. Attention to detail is evident. For example, the furniture throughout the hotel is custom-made. Wood with copper embossing. The same style in the rooms and in the dining room. A cozy quiet courtyard with tables and a swimming pool. It is pleasant to have breakfast under a tree outside. The rooms have heaters, strong hot water pressure. In general, everything is quite good.

The staff tries, but makes mistakes. For example, I called from the city and asked if everything was available to order in the restaurant. At the reception they answered that everything was available, come. In fact, the tantori was not working in the restaurant and the rest of the menu was not available. The bed linen is not very clean. The floor seems to be not mot. The rest is fine.

Beautiful area inside the hotel, many zones for resting, green and cozy. Breakfasts are very nice and the staff is helpful. Great yoga class was available.

No opportunity to pay international card. Area just outside the hotel is under construction, no proper road. The area is a bit far from the center, which is particularly inconvenient because uber doesn't work and tuk tuks refuse to go that area, I had a hard time getting back to the hotel in the evening. Staff in the restaurant don't speak English.

I stayed here for just one day as i already had my reservation somewhere else, but i arrived one day earlier. The staff was highly polite and cooperative . The rooms were clean . Breakfast was good and the overall food taste was overwhelming. The had complimentary yoga class every morning. I already regret booking this property for just one day.

They can try and improve the approach road, though i understand it is not completely under their control.

The restaurant had a lot of food and it was tasty. The staff was very helpful. The road to the hotel was small and bumpy, and there were some construction sites along it, so it was a bit inconvenient to walk/drive to and from the hotel. But it was a nice view of the mountains from the hotel and good location otherwise. The house was a bit worn (the sound isolation wasn't that good, and the house was older).

Really wonderful retreat with a great view of the mountains and river in the distance. The staff were super lovely, the food and breakfast was fantastic. Lovely large rooms and extremely comfortable bed. I was travelling with my mother and she loved it, so that made me happy. We didn't try the yoga or ayurveda spa treatments, but it looked good.

It is a little walk to get to, but worth it. The swimming pool looked stunning but it wasn't clean to swim in – they were in the process of building a new one though.

Very nice and attentive staff, specially in restaurant and spa. Food was delicious. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Yoga classes in the morning were really nice. Teacher is very kind and passionate.

Be aware you might have to pay in cash as card machine was not working. A bit distante from centre but easy to get to. There is a short cut through a parking building.

I’m booked a suite which I love and have booked for 10 more nights. The garden is beautiful and catches the sun and has a lovely view of the mountains. These are the main two reasons I booked this place so I’m glad that I like them enough to stay longer.

Slight dirt track to get to it so would advise a taxi or other vehicle rather than on foot if you have luggage like I did.

Value for money. Bedroom and bathroom were spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Yoga class was good. Dining area was very nice.

My room was in need of refurbishing. The balcony door needed repairing. Pool was not clean. A distance to walk from the centre of town and then from the main road to the hotel. Outside the hotel was a work site. The machinery was noisy from this site.
