All good. The food and hospitality was excellent. The property is beautiful. We loved our time there.

Few points that need improvement. Shower caps to be provided in the rooms. There are too many steps in the property, which can't be avoided but the railings are randomly placed. Some are on the left some on the right, in some places there is no railing at all. As per building standards, in the absence of a ramp the railings should be provided on both sides and continuous ones. That was quite annoying for a Neemrana property. Further there is a steep climb down to the ganges. Neemrana should maintain a proper raining going down. Most places it is missing or broken.

I loved being amidst the forest. The overlooking mountains and the view of the Ganga are truly a treat. The coffee maker in the room is a brilliant touch—sipping a freshly brewed cup of coffee made my stay even more relaxing. I used the spa, and it was fantastic. The beds are comfortable, and everything in the hotel room is thoughtfully arranged. I loved the private balcony area; it offers direct access to the real beauty of nature. I truly enjoyed my stay and will be back for more. I also loved the fresh bread prepared by the chef. Overall staff was polite and courteous.

I loved everything about the property , just a suggestion probably the establishment can start selling fresh breads for customer . They will love it . And ofc the hotel will generate additional income .

The room was tastefully kept in an old-world manner. Also perfectly safe for someone travelling alone like myself. The food was great, the staff was thoughtful and always very willing to help. The spa treatments were very professionally managed. All around I was extremely comfortable in all respects. I am sure to visit again soon::)

It would be nice if they had a small elevator. No other concerns at all.

We loved the privacy of our room and the romantic interiors. The bed was incredibly cosy and warm and the staff were discreet yet extremely accommodating. The breakfasts were a highlight with the chef providing some delicious local freshly made treats with a wonderful view of the Ganges.

The many steps and hillside nature of the architecture might be difficult to navigate for older guests but we loved the steps up and down

Hospitality was excellent . We ordered local cuisine both days ,it was excellent hot food which was served quickly and efficiently . Staff is friendly and helpful . location is beautiful and quiet with only the bird sound and the sound of river flowing nearby . It was really peaceful and quiet

Property is not friendly for older people and people with disabilities as there are multiple levels and rough hewn steps which can't be navigated by wheelchairs . I think this fact should be mentioned on their page Hotel is tad expensive for the facilities and amenities provided

The rooms are very good and tastefully decorated, all amenities provided and spacious bathroom. The food is very good and the staff excellent and very hospitable.

The climbing up and down to and from the restaurant is challenging and something should be done to make it easier. Also the property information is not totally truthful about the distance and the steep pathway one has to traverse to reach the river. There is help provided to carry stuff up and down though on request.

The Indian breakfast is super rich. We loved the tea time. The included yoga sessions in the morning were energising, wonderful, flawless. The hotel offers great, recommendable activities. The staff is super friendly, they know the location and the place very well.

A lighter, continental breakfast would be recommended. Candles could be placed to create ambience. Rooms can be cleaned without reminders.

The staff was amazing and so was the food. They really took great care

The fact that the property has moved from its original location but the hotel has not changed its name. It’s no longer The original Glass House. That is run by ITC now. So in a way, they are cheating their customers

My room was fantastic, the view of the river amazing, the bed amazingly comfortable, the shower brilliant.

Very poor communication before arrival (didn’t reply to emails until I contacted booking.com), sent duplicate information about airport drop with conflicting price. And didn’t understand e-visa system and so rang me telling me my visa had expired which caused me stress and time to resolve with them. Also the food in restaurant was average.

Good spread. Nice restaurant though basic in its decor. Good views and outdoor space

The location is far from the main city, also since it is on a hill, there is significant climbing up and down to reach other parts of the property. Parking at the hotel is very limited and somewhat dangerous since it is literally on the side of a busy highway
