While the hotel offers good amenities for guests, I strongly advise all foreigners or anyone hiring rental cars with drivers to avoid booking this hotel. Unlike most establishments in India, this hotel shows no courtesy or decency toward drivers. Despite charging hefty amounts for their services, they fail to provide even basic food or accommodation for the drivers accompanying their guests. This practice of taking care of drivers is a well-established tradition across India, even in hotels with prices 10 times lower than this one. It’s shameful and highly inconsiderate for such a high-end hotel to disregard this. If you value kindness and hospitality, look elsewhere.

location, service from front desk to f & b team. Food was exceptional, comfort of rooms and facilities were wonderful. All the staff were so helpful during our stay, we were kindly upgraded due to a family occupying the entire floor on our second night. All the small details in the room, pillows and bed are so important and the small gift box just made it all extra special. loved or stay!

Excellent view of the Ganga set in a tranquil setting. Hospitality was impeccable as well with Balwant, Suraj and Ratan taking care of us extremely well at Jal &Jalebi at all times. Food was superb with no overpowering masala. Our drivers need a special mention too... Ravi Sharma and Dharmpal were very courteous and adept at driving in the ghat.

The cleanliness could be a bit better.. i had dropped something under the bed and saw it was too dusty... they preomptly cleaned it though. Water from the shower cubicle was coming out.

The location on the bank of the Ganges was superb, with a breathtaking view from my room. It was great to be able to access the riverside path from the hotel garden and be able to walk away from the crazy traffic! I attended the included yoga and meditation classes every morning of my stay and the breakfast and dinner buffets were very good.

The welcoming staff, excellent food, nice rooms, spa and the private Ganga Ghat , Panditji who does Arti and puja , all these bring us back to Rishikesh and Ganga kinare again and again!

Wish rooms were little bigger, wardrobe a bit bigger, more balconies, otherwise it is a beautiful place to relax!

The best thing of the hotel is the private access to the Ganga. The private ghat is just perfect. Rooms are clean with a comfy bed. View of the Ganga is very nice to have, staff is friendly and accomodating.

Not all staff understand English that well, which makes communicating sometimes a bit difficult.

It is hard to keep this concise but I would highlight the location of the hotel, the fact it has a private Ghatt and Arti each morning and evening; but perhaps most impressively the food is absolutely amazing. If you stay here not only will you have a comfortably lovely room but you will be happy each morning and evening with the tastes and flavours of the buffets. I highly recommend this hotel for all traveller.
