Magnificence at its optimum best Starting from the point I arrived, I was generously picked up by the people working there. It was a great gesture for a tired commuter. Once I got in, I felt very international vibes. It felt like a different Universe. The flags, the design, the common areas, the management, everything was more than you can ask for. A special mention for the cleanliness in the hostel. It was so far the cleanest I have been to in India. They have several activities planned up for the guests so I didn't need to use my mind much in planning. I planned to stay 2 days but ended up staying more. After a while, it does feel like a family there, and it makes it so hard to leave. There was nothing that was unattended for, a special trait for a good hostel. Thanks Vivek and team for making my stay fun, memorable, significant and meaningful.

I found skyard hostel to be a very good hostel in Rishikesh. I would definitely like to go there again. The best thing I liked about the staff was that they were very funny and . They helped me in a lot of things and specially the person at the reception was very nice. He helped me in everything. That person Kailash is really very good. The cleaning was perfect and on top of it the rooftop was really very nice. The food there and the behaviour of the staff was all good. I will also tell my friends to go there and I will definitely come again.

Beds were really comfortable, very happy with the curtains to close off your own bed from others. Location is really good, close to nice cafes and souvenir shops but it's the pricer side of rishikesh. The hostel has a nice lounge area with beds and plug sockets which is really nice if you want to read, do work or call a friend. They had filter water in the reception so you dont have to have to buy water which I really appreciated. Staff were super friendly and really helpful for recommending things to do and see. Early check in was a godsend as the night busses from dehli get in really early in the morning.

The hostel is up a steep slope with a few steps up, in monsoon it can be super slippery to walk up and down. The layout of the room means you have to keep the bed curtains open a bit if you want to feel the fan, but if others are still awake it means the light comes through which can get annoying.

Its good experience, the property is located on a main area but at a height so mindful if you have heavy luggage. View from roof top is spectacular. Staff was wonderful and very helpful, special thanx to Kailash. The property can be improved, we expect more than that but i had a peaceful stay as there was other dorms vacant n has space so i transferred. But never seen a hostel with doors which can not completely closed, i dont know why they have such thing. But Overall good stay.

location is awesome , staff helped me , i could fill bottles for water all the time. the terrence has a great view and a nice place to meet people.

the kitchen there didn't supply the best service , a loy of stuff is missing from the menu , they also didnt talk english. during my stay , my friend took ownership , so it should be ok from now ! in the shower , partial of the time , i didn't have hot water , so be sure to check with the staff.

It was one of the best experiences I've had while traveling. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the staff, especially Anchal, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facilities at the hostel were top-notch. Clean rooms that provided plenty of privacy and comfort. What really set this hostel apart, however, was the sense of community that it fostered. There were plenty of opportunities to meet other guests and get to know them over a cup of tea, and the staff went out of their way to organize events and activities that brought everyone together. Overall, I can't recommend this hostel enough. Whether you're a solo traveler looking to make new friends, or a group of friends on a budget, this hostel has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Best thing about the place was ambience and the staff. They give such a warm welcome and always been polite whenever called for room service assistance. Roof top cafe is having a beautiful view specially in night, so peaceful.

Room size can be little bigger and must have cupboard for clothes.

If you're looking for the best hostel in Rishikesh, I would definitely suggest that skyward is the best option . You can see the paranomic view of the river ganga. And staff is very friendly. Aachal bhai is giving the best suggestions about places. Thank you for warming welcome and Hospitality.

Fantastic staff very welcoming and helpful, and amazing cleaning staff keeping everything so nice :) great location a little off the main road so out of the noise and a lovely view from the cafe with great staff upstairs also - the female dorm was on the small side and with only one fan it created a very hot and uncomfortable sleep unfortunately, just to note as the temperatures start to rise

Owner/Management - needs to add more value to the rooms that is seen in most other hostels at the same price. The bed was the worst I had come across in three months in India, and the female dorm being a tiny room with six and only one very inefficient ceiling fan, at the very least each bed needs a little fan - two basic things that most hostels have all over india
