Good in services supportive staff specially for food section the staff made jain breakfast for us I enjoy The room was very good and the service was amazing, the washroom was hygienic and the I enjoyed staying at the hotel.

Very well maintained. The room had nice furniture. Also very professional & helpful staff.

Should have had a mirror in the bathroom. It is difficult to shave without it. Also the location - it was pretty high up on the hill & so a cab is needed every time to get to it .This increases transportation expense especially since cabs are very expensive in the city.

Except that there was no proper lighting in the room and some changing points could have been more, other than this, I totally loved the stay and staff was amazing. The cook served us with amazing food each time we ordered and worth the money as well. Quantity was sufficient to satiate your hunger. Thankyou for hosting us so well! looking forward for another visit soon!

Charging points in the rooms and Lightings you could have been better. For cleanliness, I would say if that can be provided in rooms, it would add bonus to the stay overall. But it's worth staying here. I would totally recommend this to anyone asks for!

The hotel the staff,the service great stay,the Madam in charge excellent service gives a homely feel.

Everything was fine.

We were 2 female friends and the receptionist was very polite as we checked in very late. The room was clean and we had to checkout at 3 am and we had to call the receptionist at 3 for the check out process and in one call he was there. It is safe for females or solo travellers.

Restaurant staff and individuals like kapil who went out of their way to ensure I had a positive dining experience in their restaurant. We appreciated the kind hospitality and would definitely recommend this treebo to potential guests. especially at the concierge desk which was particularly helpful in helping arrange for me and my friend.

Staff were really helpful. Food they serve at hotel is delicious and pocket friendly. Front desk herself came to deliver additional power cord.

Suggestion only: They can seal the upper side ventilation windows so that small amount of air do not enter in winter which is now occupied by TV cable entering via ventilation window. Even the Door lower portion sealing can be done. Rest all things are wow.

Food was delicious at very reasonable price. Staffs were polite and the manager cum owner Anju was very sweet and good nature. I called her even in the early morning and responded politely. She took full care of my parents during our stay. They were having problems in going upstairs for breakfast so she arranged it in the room. She even send us extra blankets keeping the weather in mind. Overall a nice stay with amazing food.

Rooms were bit less ventilated is the only flaw and you can ignore this keeping tasty food n god nature in mind.

Very clean rooms, very attractive views, good bathroom facilities, clean room, sraff very friendly. In fact I recommend everyone to stay here if you want to visit Shillong

The hotel has very comfortable rooms that are well-equipped, and the location of the hotel is very conveniently located relative to nearby restaurants and to cities major airport. The staff here was also excellent, friendly and professional.
