Everything - location is great. Good hospitality. Bf is simple but good. They have good meal options for lunch and dinner as well. Rooms are comfy and come with a kettle , geyser and all promised amenities. Would definitely recommend this stay

Its really a good place to stay in Shillong. I was not so much sure before staying there, but after staying for some days, i felt this place (well mainly its staff - Don, theng, sangama, Henry everyone) really so nice. I will add one more abt a boy Benzee (local driver)- very honest, polite, reliable, responsible and well versed knowledge abt Shillong and Cherapunjee. If u really abt to visit Shillong, stay in Phibha Villa and Hire Benzee for visit place. Trust...

Nothing was there like such.

Everything is very very good. Parking is there. Wifi is there. Room service is there. Big dining room and restaurant is there. Super value for money. The complementary breakfast is also very very good. Staffs are nice. Location is nice. Plus the hotel is so much beautiful. You will feel like you are in a big 5 star resort

This place is located to Oxford Hill in Shillong around 1.5 km to Police Bazar. The location is quite good with calm and quiet. If someone prefers to stay in Shillong without too much noise it can be a great experience for them. The staffs are exceptional in their behaviour and address any problems immediately. The interior and the amenities are very good.

The place is in a quiet residential area. The setup is nice and comfortable. The room and bed is clean. WiFi signals are strong everywhere. The setup is advanced with motion sensor LED, doorbell in front of your room, and the room is sound proof. I was given a heater to heat up the room. Nice consideration.

The hot shower isn't working at that time, however the staff quickly fix it by giving me a big pail of hot water.

I stayed the first weekend they opened - it was a nice experience. The room was really modern and clean and spacious. It's in a nice area but a bit far from other restaurants, shopping, etc. Staff was very nice and helpful

The wifi was really spotty but it was their first weekend open so hopefully they were able to resolve it later on

This place is home away from home. It is clean, well maintained. The owner is an excellent host. We were there to celebrate an important milestone and she went out of the way to make it so special for us. We even got customised traditional food made for us. Staff also courteous. Would definitely recommend this place.

Very neat and clean hotel. Dining area was good and food was just ok . Could have been better and with more options for breakfast. Overall a good stay .

Its a good facility and a great location to stay with sumptuous breakfast. Further, nice to the pocket.....

Maybe can work on variety of food for dinner
