Good room service, good food, very co-operative staff.

No lift and no car parking , difficult for senior citizens to reach the hotel with steep climb.

It’s located very close to Mall Road. Walkable distance. The breakfast was very good. Value for money. One of the people sitting at the reception ( I wish I knew his name) was really nice, very accommodating. He himself got breakfast made for us early the next day since we had to leave early. He always had a smile on his face. The other receptionist wasn’t at all helpful.

The second night of our stay, there was constant furniture dragging noise from the floor above ours throughout the night. Loud music playing all throughout the night. It was very disturbing. We couldn’t sleep at all.

I stayed here with my daughter for 2 days and enjoyed our stay here so much. The environment was safe and we felt so good here . It is located at a wonderful location - so close to Mall road . The rooms are clean and comfy. Staff is polite and helpful . Food served was good but could be better . Will visit this hotel again !!! Suggestion- Tea needs to be served in kettles that too with cups not glasses .

Everything from the moment we checked in. The staff was very polite and friendly. Helped us with the luggage, explained everything about the room, and treated us well. The room, balcony, view and bathroom was top class. The food was good. We got a delicious breakfast in the morning and they assisted me in getting a taxi to the HRTC Bus stand and the taxi rate was reasonable. I would love to come again. Keep up the good work. ❤️🙂🙏🏾

I tried to call the hotel on the way, but the call was getting redirected to the computer. The hotel provided a chat bot which was awfully inaccurate. I was a little worried about the confirmation of the stay because I have paid 60 percent of the room rent in advance as asked by the Treebo via email.

Absolutely fantastic stay. The mountain view from our room looked like a painting on a canvas. Hot water was available 24/7 and the tea/ coffee kettle with unlimited refills was a thoughtful touch. Housekeeping was top notch. I'll be recommending this Hotel to all my friend circles.

Overall, a great stay. The view from the room was incredible, and I loved the In-Room dining service. Food arrived hot and fresh. The only thing I would suggest is adding more options to the breakfast menu. Everything else, from hot water to the comfortable bed linen, was spot on. Thanks team Treebo.

Pointers 1) the location of the hotel and view from the window is mesmerising. It is at a walking distance from shimla railway station as well as mall road. The view of the valley never stops from giving you a feeling of awe. 2) safety and security: the hotel's location and work culture or staff provides a secure and safe environment to the tourist. I went with my wife and it is a family hotel. Moreover the owner who has many other business ventures in the region stays within the hotel premises. They don't allow ruckus material or people who are drunk and ruin the atmosphere. 3) the food is like home at a reasonable price. I had no problem with the food. It was cooked well, digested well. They use good oil. Moreover, the hotel is near the local Street food stalls. On the top they allow outside food inside so that we can eat something we like in our room as well. Never missed the breakfast to have a good start of the day. 4) the room was the same as shown on the site. Clean mattress, comfy bed, television, water jug with persistent filling by water from aquagard, water kettle to warm water, make a cup of tea, coffee etc. The bathroom had a hair drier, multiple mirrors and clean space. They also provide clean towels and room service when said or asked for. I have a very sensitive skin and usually i return with one problem or other because of lack of cleaniness in hotel, here, i did not face any such issue. 5) the room has room temperature setter as well so that you don't get bad cold by the Shimla's weather. 6) location: one added factor about loaction- this hotel with all these at good price is near to the administrative zone, legislative zone and commercial zone of shilma. If you want to get on mall road, it is best choice. If you want to visit legislative assembly of Himachal Pradesh, or Kennedy house or want to move towards Chadwick Falls just go right.

One thing that can improve is regarding towels, however even that was fine for me. But, the hotel can improve the terrace view and set up, that will add more charm. Nevertheless I enjoyed the terrace as well. So, even this is better than others.

Location of hotel is good. Near to Railway Station and near to Mall Road. I stayed in family suit and it was awesome. My son liked the bed a lot, which was actually a bunk bed. View from all rooms is a natural scenery. Staff was good and well behaving.

Against the tariff which I paid, it is missing this thing. Breakfast have 3-4 options, but it should be a buffet. Not even a single time we got hot food. Due to shimla weather, it got cold within minutes. Tourists are going to Shimla and paying a good tariff to hotels, and same is here. But, they are still charging separate for heaters, which should be standard in hotel room package.

Very good experience. The rooms are clean, the smart TV works perfectly. We faced a little delay with housekeeping, but the staff quickly apologised and fixed it. The travel desk helped us plan our sightseeing which made our trip memorable.

Breakfast had very little choices. Could have been much better for all and for Deluxe rooms, in particular.

In the chilling climate, the tea was always served either in Glass or steel pot. It should always be served in Thermos Flask.
