Its a simple place, quite well connected to the main road. The approach to Mall road is simple (about 10 min walk). Its one of the properties that has its own parking (and not government paid parking). That made it very convenient to stay. I read some reviews that were quite bad, but honestly, my experience was very good. The facilities are basic, as you would expect from a hotel of this price range. The staff had to be nudged to do basic stuff like cleaning, provide tea sachets etc. But whenever you call them, they will immediately show up and get things done. So absolutely no complaints there. The food quality is also good and looks like there were no shortcuts in putting in all the ingredients (masalas, dalchini, kadhi patta etc) to the veggies - many hotels just omit that (we ordered only north Indian food). Breakfast was also simple, good and sufficient. The staff is very courteous. Especially Mr. Rajender. He helped us in all possible ways, including helping us plan our daily trips with all practical advice. Overall, loved the experience and would surely not mind going there again.

There are not too many food options closer to this place. Will need to walk for about 10 mins to get to mall road. But the hotel food was good, so no complaints.

The property is located on the main road 200 mtrs from lakkarbazaar bus stand. location is great as you can get the bus to kufri, Narkanda and other places from the bus stand. it’s very close to Mall Road , 700 m distance. Also, close to shimla bus stand. Food options is limited but awesome service is provided in terms of quality and quantity. it’s recommended to book backside room so wont get noise from moving vehicles in the road side.

The location of Treebo Trend Greenland Resort was ideal for exploring the natural beauty of the surrounding area. Whether hiking through nearby trails or simply enjoying a leisurely stroll, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

hotel location was good for business men because all market and staion are near to this hotel. room was very fine and comfortable. but there are one problem that is room service and food both are very poor quality. so overall my experience in term of money was good.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service.
