Location was awesome. Balcony with valley view, room service, in house restaurant, TV, kettle, study table, lift, parking. Away from hustle of Shimla.

Geyser panel was open. Road leading to hotel dangerous for novice drivers. Only 2 rooms in the whole hotel was booked, but Treebo kept on sending me message that booking will be cancelled due to high demand if payment is not made. However, no pre payment was asked by booking.com

I planned my visit on my marriage anniversary and the entire staff there made it a memorable event for me. We loved the warm reception and arrangement from Pawan- who made it look beyond perfection. I will cherish the moments spent there and the live snow and the snowman :) is something which was like cherry on cake. Thanks again to all there and would like to visit again and would surely recommend the place who are planning in the near future.

I liked the location of the property, if you book standard room, you can enjoy beautiful sunrise from the balcony.. Rooms and washrooms were clean. Staff were very cooperative.. They made sure to provide us top notch service.

Standard room was better than premium room.

No Balcony and bed sheets could be better . Bathroom could be cleaner.

I was hoping to purchase an Ayurvedic massage because it was offered when I booked but unfortunately there was no female therapist available . Male therapists are available & recommended though.

Room, the food and the staff were good.

Room heaters should have been provided complimentary considering the place this cold!! Like at normal heaters fans and ACs are available.

Staff was well mannered and gentle.Vivew were very beautiful.Location is excellent.Very spritual atmosphere.

Every thing is well

The property is centrally located and extremely well maintained. The views out of my room were majestic (imagine waking up to the beautiful mountain range each day!) What also worked for me was their service. The service at this property is exceptional! I would like to mention here names of two people in particular that went out of their way to make my stay supremely comfortable and pleasant — Pawan and Manoj. Both of them are extremely polite, courteous, and truly believe in the principle of hospitality. They suggested places that I could visit, arranged for local transport, asked around for a foreign adapter that I missed carrying, and even asked their kitchen staff to prepare me breakfast for my very early departure. Such wonderful staff! It felt like home away from home. You will not regret staying here.

The staff was very friendly and nice. Pawan provided a lot of helpful information about Kufri and places to visit nearby. Manoj helped us by arranging a gypsy ride at a reasonable price to visit points that could not be reached by car. Ankit made exceptional breakfast and dinner and went out of his way to arrange some breakfast for us despite our early check out at 6 am. The location is amazing, with a surreal view of sunrise. It is also very close to adventure parks. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Shimla.

The entrance is a bit tricky. There need to be some instructions as it is not easy to get to the entrance, especially if you are checking in late.

The location is pretty good, overlooking the valley and its just next to the highway but the access road is tricky like its steep and on top of that there is a u turn, where you would need to back up your car a bit which can be tricky. Food is good, esp breakfast, its pure veg hotel just fyi And yes they do have yoga therapists on site, although we didnt have the time, we saw their therapy and meditation rooms, they look legit.
