We had the pleasure of staying in this property for 2 nights. We were a family of 5 including senior citizens and faced no problems during our stay. The hotel manager Mr. Ali was really helpful right from helping us with check-in, arranging food, helping us with local sightseeing tours and giving us a tour in the apple orchard which is right below the property. The food was also very good and the chef entertained customized requests as well. Overall we had a very pleasant stay in Zostel Mashobra and highly recommend this property to others.

The only minor drawback is reaching to the property. The last 5 kms from Mashobra is a bit challenging since the road is not that good. However the property clearly calls this out at the time of booking and also has free transport services for the last 5 kms.

Property is situated around 5 km away from main road however the view and cleanliness were top notch. Staff was very courteous and willing to extra mile. Special mention for Tilak ji (driver) who took us down and up from property number of times and even helped me to see a doctor as I twisted my ankle during trekking. I will like to come back with family again.

The view was awesome. Staff was very well behaved. Overall love this property.. If you want some "Me Time", if you love nature and if you are in search of peaceful stay, then Zostel homes Mashobra is the perfect place. 🥰

Location is good, peaceful. Nice view from the rooms. Garden space is very nice to chill and for children to play. Room was spacious and clean. Food always fresh and good and fast to be served !

The room was a bit noisy due to the water tank and water pump systems. They make noise in the evening and at night when other guests use it. Also, the lights are too strong from the outside. There is a need to put an extra curtain to the round window. It was very disturbing to find sleep - although lights were shut down later in the night. The hotel shall inform client about price of items requested. We requested butter because our child is used to eat paratha with butter. We ended up paying 400 for butter....If we knew, we would have bought our own butter. It would also be more earth friendly with less waste - little butters are in plastic etc... to offer just a piece of butter...
