Location, breakfast, in-room dining were all pretty good. The in-room service was also good

TV doesn't have any kids channels.. I had explicitly asked for a double bed while booking the room through your website at least 10 days in advance but that was not provided stating that no double rooms were available. I was told to check with booking.com and ask them to change it on their end. I had to get an extra mattress and sleep on floor to make sure that my son doesn't fall down between the 2 single beds that were joined together

The rooms are well done and clean and of good size for 2Adults (an extra bed for an extra adult could be a bit cramped up). The food at the restaurant is also good, including Breakfast Buffet and Ala carte for Lunch/Dinner. We were there for 2N/3D as a long weekend.

Though overall the hotel is clean but we did encounter 2-3 small cockroaches in the washroom/bedroom, to which we brought to their notice and they sprayed in the room immediately. Also, the ala carte menus at the restaurant are a bit dirty. They need to have clean copies for the visitors so they dont feel unhygienic while holding these menus.

Overall it’s a good hotel.

The room rent offered by booking.com at the time of booking the hotel was lower than the amount charged by the hotel. The taxes and other things should be included in the room rent and then that rent should be displayed and offered by booking.com. We are not happy about this difference in the room rent. The attitude of hotel as well as booking.com in this matter was not at all satisfactory..The hotel persons were rude in talking about this issue. This point is to be noted.

We loved everything, the rooms, the pool, the restaurants and food all were exceptional especially at the price we paid. We stayed 2 nights and had a very refreshing relaxing time. The young man serving in the restaurant was particularly good, as was the chef who cooked us a vegetarian dish to order not on the menu. The reception manager organised airtel top up for us which was much appreciated. The outdoor space and quiet situation were an added bonus.

Not sure why this eco hotel provided water in small bottles without any visible sign of free refilling from treated source, or what they did with all the small plastic containers for toiletries either empty or part used.

The property is amazing. The location , rooms and amenities are good for the pricing. The staff is kind and all the help staff also show good hospitality. Food is a little overpriced, if it is aligned with the room cost, makes it even more better. We had not included breakfast and didn't have any meals in the hotel, instead preferred outside. That saved a lot of money to be Frank. Parking is allotted outside, which again can be given a re-thought, as usually the families stay for over a weekend and would prefer to have clean space for cars. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay, excellent place with good pricing overall and good staff. Liked it. Thanks.

As mentioned above - Food Pricing Car Parking The smoking zone at the entrance, doesn't look good. Need to have a separate designated smoking zone.

Everything. Location was in a quiet place just outside of the town. Room was good. Pool was good. Lawn was good. Restaurant was good. Staff was good. We forgot a Jacket in the closet, and realized only after reaching home in Bangalore. After informing the hotel over e-mail, the staff found the Jacket and took extra effort to pack and send it to our address by courier.

Prices were little above that what I would have liked. The reception said they don't have rooms with 'Twin bed' Normally we book Double room with Queen bed for Me and wife, and Room with 'Twin (Separate) beds for daughters. They did not have ball to play in the pool.

The wall papers need some Maintenance. The restaurant is understaffed for peak. Out of the items ordered two were not served (ofcourse not included in the bill too)

The property was away from the center of town so the location was great for a quiet stay with the family. The rooms were large and well furnished, with no disturbances which made for a good sleep during our overnight stay after a long day's drive.

The staff were very friendly, but took a little while to do things and needed a follow up call or reminder to get something done. Maybe this was due to them being bogged down with a lot of guests for a holiday weekend.

Towels were old and torn Bathroom 's exhaust of room 404 was not working Need some mode of transport port from the hotel. Only one travel agent with one car presently there

They stay was good, the hotel was well maintained and the staff was helpful, we had lunch and the food was good. The hotel is located bit away from the city center but was peaceful. Was having good enough space for parking.

Smoking and non smoking rooms were on the same floor so the lobby was smelling of smoke.
