We are a family of 4 people staying for 2 days in Hotel Neem Tree. Rooms are Clean and Good. Location is very much accessible to the temple and is situated on the main road. Food was not provided in the hotel, but we do have a lot of options within 100m from the hotel. Free parking is available. The Best thing about the hotel is that the Staff and receptionist are very welcoming, understanding and ensuring to provide whatever customer needs.

Would request for setting up a ramp for geriatric and wheel chair friendliness. Doesn't have inhouse kitchen. Kindly plan accordingly. Good food options nearby and staff is willing to get it for you.

Staff was very courteous. Very helpful in arraging cabs at better rate. The store they have also provides better prices compared to outside market. Close to temple and also on main road. No need to worry if we have aarti early in morning or late at night. Contact hotel directly to get better prices. Rooms are vey big.

Bathroom cleanliness could be better, but for the buildings age it is very well maintained. Need to ask for AC to turn on, but they will turn it on. There were sounds from road, but you would be so tired you will get to sleep quickly. "Hot" water was bearly lukewarm. You won't get steaming hot water.

Staff is amazing. It is a well managed property. Located in the prime location..

I liked everything but wanted them to improve on certain facilities like they have provided towel and soap . I expected them to provide other toiletries too. Wadrobe in our room is small. If it is full length wadrobe that would be much better.

The owner of the property himself made enquiries about arrival and took care of our needs which I have not experienced anywhere in my travel of over 4) yrs

Hotel Manager is kind enough to upgrade our room with no additional cost. Loved my stay here.. Location is a great plus.

The room was big and can accommodate 3 easily, room was clean and staff was polite and helpful specially Mr Umesh.

Staff was very helpful.. gave us an early check-in and late check out.. hotel though not very fancy was clean and with all the requirements for a comfortable stay.

All the rooms are spacious and lavish, I am happy with Service and staff was so cooperative and helpfull...
