The hotel is located close to all the amenities, especially the temple and plenty of restaurants. So we felt very comfortable staying in your hotel.

Hotel staff should be able to communicate in English. We expect them to understand at least basic English as we came from a country where we don't have opportunities to be exposed to most of the Indian regional languages.

Electric connections were a bit broken at some places. Plugs wouldn't work at once. They are not a showstopper but in the price that was paid for the hotel, they could definitely be improved. Plus there was lot of Garbage or unused stuff in clear view on the third floor stairs in clear view and then, towards the end of second floor, again in clear view. They have enough staff to keep the surrounding clean ..

the place is close to the Darshan Entrance. Very nice location for aged people to stay and trek for darshan. too close. best is they gave prasad and an idol of Shri Sai baba .

hot water wasn't really that hot

Simple unassuming place, with own basement parking, clean rooms, modern facilities, good staff & service. Right opposite the temple entrance.

Nothing to dislike

The hotel is located vry near to Gate 1 which is d main entrance to Sai Baba Temple. Overall d stay was good.

The hotel entrance could be developed much proper manner as during rainy days, its vry difficult to walkthrough as its vry muddy n slippery. Appreciate if this can fix.

Absolutely fantastic location, right opposite to the main temple. Very nice and modern room. Great sleep quality.

Better to have food in their restaurant facing the road

The location of the hotel is the best USP for those who visiting the Sai Mandir. The rooms is spacious and clean..value for money. The restaurants in the hotel are serving good quality food. The HK staff are very good. WIFI is very good.

It was nice. staff was well mannered and courteous. Location is just opposite temple. Cant be better than it. Breakfast was excellent.

I had requested an extended check out time as my flight was at 5:30 in the evening and wanted to check out at 3pm. I should have been informed if that cannot be accomodated. The staff put in a spot at check out.

Attached restaurant is passable, location is great, reception staff were helpful and polite. Welcome drink was refreshing and a nice surprise.

Room cleaning staff weren't too keen on changing the sheets when we mentioned that they weren't clean. Attached restaurant is passable. Some dishes were good others were not edible.
