Hotel is just opposite the temple entrance. There is a restaurant downstairs. Food was good. Room was massive, have seen very few such rooms.

Hotel is in first floor. Ground floor has few shops, and it wasn't clean, and was smelly. Taps inside the room need bit of repair. Weirdly, room did not have provision for hangars- could not understand why. There is no place to hang clothes even if they provide hangers.

This hotel is right opposite gate 1, so it is at a superb location for guests going for Shirdi darshan. I was a solo female traveler so I wanted to be completely sure about the hotel, safety and comfort - and the staff was very accommodating !

Nothing in particular! The hotel is obviously not a fancy one, but really serves the purpose of having a place to stay before / after Shirdi darshan, no complaints!

Excellent location, helpful staff . When we got there we didn’t like the executive room we had booked, so they gave different room but we were not happy there so next day they upgraded us to a suite. Very nice of them. This is the forth time we have stayed there

Only if they can improve there showers would be great. We like power shower bit on a slow side .

Location. It's opposite Gate 1, the main entry to the temple for the folks who booked Darshan via Web check-in. The hotel was clean, staff is friendly. Bathroom was clean and it was surprisingly quiet at night!! Closeness to the Temple. Food courts around. Great food and very reasonably priced.

The car rental service recommended by the hotel. The owner of the rental services, Mr. Sachin (forgot the last name) promised me a clean low mileage Hyundai Xcent. I was happy. He sent the car on time. But it was not really clean and a car with CNG tank in the trunk. We had two small hand bags so I didn't mind much and thought great, it will be environmentally friendly. The car ran out of CNG soon and we had to wait about 30 mins to fill. Worst was it had several traffic violations and had unpaid fines of INR 7000. Police intercepted on NH 60 and we were detained for 20 mins. NEVER RENT a car From this guy!

Since it opened i am staying frequently. For visiting Saibaba Temple this the best location. Moreover, Reception staff and others are best ever i met in India and other countries.

Location and the friendliness of staff. They are always ready to help. Best part is always cross the road and you are at temple. Easy access to all the areas.

Perfect location! This place is bang opposite the main gate of SriSai Mandir. The rooms were very clean, large and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the A/C was good. Staff were very friendly and courteous. A special mention about the food in the onsite restaurant- a huge variety of dishes, good portion sizes and very tasty. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Breakfast and food were good but very spicy. The location is accellent.

The room was neat with facilities. Location of the hotel is the major plus point. Right opposite to Sai Mandir. Plenty of restaurants in and around. It worked out well for our needs. The staff were kind and helpful.

Bathroom showers could be maintained a little better but we didn't have any major issues.

The hotel is bang opposite to the temple gate with adequate parking. Good restaurants are available right below the hotel. The staff are very cordial and helpful. Rooms are clean. Value for money.

Bathroom fittings need to be repaired/replaced.

It's very near to temple and all facilities are available

Wash rooms are not maintained very neatly, this is something need to take care. Stagnant water and leakages in bathrooms.
