The breakfast spread was delightful, and I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the staff, especially Aditi. She greeted us with a warm, friendly smile and was always eager to assist. Aditi went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making our stay truly pleasant. The overall stay was wonderful, the service impeccable, and the staff cooperative, which made everything seamless. I would highly recommend this place to others. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the shuttle service to the mandir was an exceptional touch by the hotel. Keep up the great work!

the drop off and pick service was not available for one evening even afte 45 mts. We had to take a cab on our own. I dont know what was the reason

My friends and I were very impressed with the service received by the front office staff, Maya, and the 2 waiters, Aditi and Arvind at the restaurant. They were very pleasant, friendly and very efficient in providing us with the best service. They were very attentive, always checking on us at the restaurants and promoting the different options available to which I appreciated as I am not familiar with the foods served although I like trying out options that are not familiar to me. The food at the restaurant was excellent no doubt. Shuttle service to Shirdi Baba's Temple was very timeous and drivers were friendly. I would definitely stay in this hotel should I go back to Shirdi. Impressive

The cleanliness of the bathroom and room needs to be given more attention.

Food at the restaurant was awesome especially morning buffet ,varieties of dishes were there . . Staff were friendly especially Aditi .

Bath hand shower was not available, because some people would like to do body bath either bath hand shower or bucket and cup should be placed. Driver send by the hotel to pick us up from the airport was very rash ,took wrong routes and was continuously on phone , even after we sat he was reluctant to get in was drinking chai , whereas the drop in driver was a very good polite professional driver good attitude. And hotel drivers who took us to & fro temple was really good.

We had a great stay supported by a dedicated team. I want to specifically call out Aditi in the resturant service. She was amazing, from breakfast to dinner. She was there and would help us with every ask. She was going above and beyond to make us comfortable. What i noticed is that she was always smiling and approaching all customers to see that they have all they need. Great efforts and dedication. She showed no tiredness and a so happy going. We are very impressed with how she manages the resturant. I will certainly recommend her for elevation for the wonderful attitude and customer centricity which are very keen in the industry for success.

The receptionist murmuyi was polite and attended to the difficulties with lot of patience.the pool is fantastic loved it .rooms are really good with many complimentary stuff like ironing shampoos fridge .the drivers are really helpful..the 24 hr pick up drop service was really helpful

Mr ranjan was not polite and not helpful The shopkeeper in the night shift at the pick up point near shirdi temple was extremely rude and refused to make calls to temple tree to pick me ..it's night in a unknown place and if they refuse it's bad..the cafe is extremely over priced literally cheating ..don't eat here..for 500 ml plain soda with MRP 30 rs they charged me 265 rs ...this is like theft...the fridge was not working so I had to call and get it repaired ..the pool timings must be 7 am to 8 pm .they close the pool at 7 pm but that's the time peopl return to the hotel so how will they use the pool...

Cleaning, hygiene, service of staff, food quality, accessibility to property amenities, attending clients of ground staff at entrance. In my list in Shirdi it’s an Exceptional hotel which can be recommended to other family members and friends.

Glass besides the Entrance door looks like entrance door as there is open space and that glass is transparant. I banged on it and it has been one month now, I am still having pain on my nose with a scar on nose. Kindly put a sticker or tape or any other thing to avoid this accidents. I am sure that other than me there would have been accidents. Thank you.

Best: Very friendly staff...Not just one person or few.Each and every person...Receptionist, restaurant staff,security, house keeping, shuttle drivers....Always smiling and friendly...That gives a positive vibe for this place. Best part is that this is not just my experience during this particular stay in 2024 but I experienced this during my stay in 2022 as well. Shuttle service to temple round the clock is very useful. I will definitely recommend Temple tree,Shirdi

Points to improve -Add some paintings depicting beauty of Shirdi and baba in the rooms. -Replace bath towels with new ones. -The brand of shower gel used now is not so great.

I have always tried to book rooms at your property for my parents during their visit to Shirdi. When I was making a reservation for my mom she was like please book with The Temple Tree. When a guest comes back to the same property that tells a lot about the quality and value for the money. In addition the staff are extremely courteous and helpful. I would really like to thank Aditi and Arvind for their hospitality during my mothers' stay this time. Thank you again for taking good care of her.

I liked everything about this place. It was like a home away from home. The staff were excellent , very friendly and professional, the food was very tasty and excellent. We had both breakfast and dinner, and both were excellent. Overall, it is worth the money and time you spent. My special thanks and appreciation for Mr. Rahul and Mr. Arvind and .Miss Adithi and Miss Priyanka for their wonderful service.Almost all the people working there are thoroughly dedicated.

All the staff were very helpful and served us with pleasure. Aditi and Biswajit at the restaurant took care of us very well. Appreciate that.
