An excellent hotel with the service to match. An extremely well motivated & courteous staff who go out of their way to make the guest feel at home. Truly a home away from home. My compliments 3 the management for running such a tight ship!

THE HELP ME WITH EARLY CHECK IN .. i like the most

THE PROPERTY IS HUGE ACCORDING TOH OTHER . But there is no cafe, no garden, no swimming pool , no spa .. the hotel vibe is so dull .. need to upgrade this facility

Very good location. Not too far from the temple, Auto rickshaws were available easily. Nice clean room. Very helpful staff.

AC control. We had to get front desk to turn it on.

From Naushad to Jayesh to Radhika to Manjeet, everyone took utmost care and made the trip and our stay. super memorable. I hope these people are taken care of well, because in service industry, it's basically the service providers, who make the difference.

Everybody and everything was perfect. Everything exceeded my expectations and since I belong to the entertainment industry, there are too many expectations. To exceed them is job very well done.

Breakfasts and dinners were good. Location is convenient, however, once you are out of your room, it smells fishy because of surrounding fisheries.

Checkout procedure is time consuming causing unnecessary delay

Loved our interactions with the staff in the restaurant. So much of a difference when people around you wear a smile and are genuinely keen on keeping their guests happy.

Room quality can be better. Was comfortable They definitely need to change their tissue paper vendor - absolute trash and plasticy If you are a light sleeper the traffic noise from the highway can bother you. Not very bad though

Good Ambience Nice Dining Room size quality is excellent. Furniture bath facilities are very good.

The bathroom was a little smelly with no fresh air / exhaust outlet

Hospitality and services were excellent, breakfast and Dinner were good. overall had a good stay with Family, will visit again as well.

Shower gels and toiletries could have been provided everyday rather than to call and ask for.

Easily accessible location. Well arranged Breakfast and Dinner. Well mannered / groomed staff at all levels.

The food was good. Staff helpful. Good value for money.

The bathroom was awful. The smell in the room was not good. But it was a one night stay we didn't complain.
