The service they have provided was excellent. Hotel was very clean. Staff was good. Ambience was outstanding. The view from the window was mesmerizing. If you're visiting Somnath.... I would strongly recommend to visit this hotel.

In the room, clock was not there. So I would like to suggest them, they need to work on this.

The staff everywhere from checkin to the breakfast to the housekeeping all were nice and helpful always. The hotel overall was quiet and clean had many other options to dine in around the hotel as it is located very near by to the main somnath temple. A good place to stay when visiting somnath temple

Very nice and comfortable. Its location is excellent. The surroundings are quiet, clean and serene. The staff is very friendly and cordial. They were very helpful and polite. Mr Hemant, the manager is very helpful and always smiling. The food served was tasty and delicious, with variety. The rooms have a good view of the surroundings. Ample parking space available for guests.

I suggest that some shaded parking be made available.

Breakfast was good, but all dishes were kept open and lots of flies around, recommend keeping food in closed vessels

Property doesn't offer any guidance for Somnath temple visits, but reception staff does call auto & can drivers, Somnath cab service has a small office and their service is very reasonable.

The location, the interiors, the cleanliness, the support staff, the facilities were excellent. Even the quality of food in their restaurant was excellent at affordable rates. Will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Somnath again. Well done to the entire team at VITS The Somnath Gateway

Breakfast was good. There was variety of good food. I liked sprouts n idli/chutney.

It could have been better if u were to serve a boiled egg. I know this is due to holy place but now a days, most of the people are used to it.

Veraval is really stinky but that is a city issue it's gonna be there anywhere you go it's really not a hotel issue but there is no smell inside the hotel

The location and the value for money situation . The cleanliness and the prompt response by staff .

The bathroom towels / hand towels were missing . The outside floor was a bit slippery . Specially after a late night Darshan - keeping in mind mostly old people with you .

The location the spacious surrounding area the safety of guests and most importantly the cooperative nature of every hotel staff is remarkable.I'll definitely stay here next time

Room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Location is perfect. The attached hotel restaurant in the premises is a bonus. Has ample parking space

The breakfast spread was OK, but the cutlery was very very dirty. Soiled plates and poor staff service.
