What I Liked Prime Location: Hotel Sifat International is situated right next to Surat Railway Station, with major textile and diamond markets within 3km. This made it exceptionally convenient for shopping, travel connections, and accessing vibrant local markets. Modern Comfort & Accessibility: The hotel is a new, modern property with stylish interiors and amenities. I appreciated thoughtful touches like a wheelchair-accessible ramp, ensuring comfort for all guests. Flexible & Generous Check-In: We arrived well before the standard check-in time (by 9 AM and without prior intimation), yet were graciously offered a ready room within half an hour, with no extra fee—a rare and much-appreciated gesture of hospitality. Quality Dining: The in-house restaurant serves a range of tasty, multi-cuisine dishes in a clean, air-conditioned environment. Every meal was flavorful and satisfying. Comfortable Rooms: Our room was spacious with two single-seater sofas and a round table, offering plenty of space to relax and work. Outstanding Service: The entire staff was friendly and helpful, but a special shout out to Surender, the ball boy. He went above and beyond—helping us find local markets, setting up a courier company to ship our purchases to the UAE, assisting with packing, and overseeing items in the cloak room until they were safely collected by the courier service. Complimentary City Transfers: The hotel provided a free cab for pick-up and drop-off—whether to the airport, bus stand, or railway station—making city travel seamless.

Busy Surroundings: Given its prime location next to the railway station and major markets, the area is constantly bustling. While this means unbeatable convenience, travelers should expect some typical urban noise and crowds outside, particularly at peak hours.

I really liked the hotel because of its excellent location. It’s close to everything I needed, including the train station, which made getting around easy and convenient. It was a comfortable stay and ideal for anyone looking for a strategically located place near all amenities

the room I stayed in had no signal at all. I couldn’t use my phone for calls or mobile internet. Although the hotel provides Wi-Fi, I was unable to make calls due to the lack of signal.

The place is value for money and is located in the city close to the railway station. So, if you are travelling to Surat by train, it is very coveniently located. However, its proximity to the station means the streets are quite crowded and if you are coming in your own private vehicle, you need to navigate traffic to reach the hotel. The staff are cordial and the restaurant on the ground floor is a good palce to have your lunch/dinner.

I like mostly the behaviour of the staff and management.. I lost the room key.. as per the rule I payed the fine... but they refunded later after the instruction from their boss... I appreciate their customer service.. They have a waiting launge on the 5th Floor.. We can use it and wait there even after checkout.. It will be a great help for someone have train in the evening...

I do not see anything which I am not like

A great budget hotel. Highly recommended with a great restaurant attached on the ground floor. The staff were and are amazing. No request was too big, We actually stayed at the hotel twice in a period of two weeks and booked the hotel for 2 days on both visits. During the first stay, my wife left some clothing behind and did not realise it until we traveled to our next location. We did not know at that point if we were even coming back to Surat. On our unplanned second visit 2 weeks later, we returned to Sifat, and as soon as we checked in, the staff not only remembered us but also said that we had left clothing behind and that they will pass it on to us when we settled in. We were so impressed with this honesty. The staff is amazing all the way through the structure. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be using them for all trips to Surat.

Really good location with helpful staff. The front desk where every helpful Ahessunah,Sana, Bhagyashree and Paresh also house keeping team Laxmi,Verma and Rajesh was so helpful and gave us what we needed. The hotel is nice and clean we had a family room 104 which was very spacious

When having a shower the whole bathroom gets wet so it needs a longer shower curtain and mat to wipe your feet.

The staff was nice the location was good

There’s no carpet on the floor and no decent space to put your luggage I had to put my suitcase on the bare floor They should invest in luggage racks so that we can at least put our suitcase on the luggage rack rather than just putting it on the floor

Hotel was centrally located near the train station. Can be noisy with all the hustle and bustle around, but if you like to be in the heart of things, this hotel is for you. The staff were amazing.

The towels and bedding had stains on them and were not up to standard. Also, the pillows need an upgrade. That was my only issue.

Overall everything are great in sifat international hotel. The staffs are very genuine and helpful. The hotel located in very convenient place as we reach easily textile markets. It was a great stay !! ❤️❤️❤️

The toilet tiles need to clean more as it looks stain and the floors are sticky.

Last time when we came , there was not enough pressure on the shower tap and They solve it on the last day of our stay .. They must put a separation between the shower cabin and the toilet because when you take shower there is water everywhere in the washroom..
