The location and the Helper named Mr Mayank. He was super cooperative and helpful. Doing running around all the time. He ensured we are happy and comfortable during the stay.. Though this property has other boys , but no one works except mayank. Hope the owners understand this and take necessary steps. The view from the property is really good. We happened to speak to owners and did complain about other boys not working at all, which was affecting the overall service quality as its just mayank catering to all the room which delays a lot of stuff, rest of the staff is not ready to work.

The food quality needs to be improved drastically. The toiletries given are very cheap, they need to improve on this too. The mop used to clean the room needs to be changed and a better quality products need to be used which smell good.

The rooms are nice and big, the bed was comfy. The view was great. The staff were very helpful and helped us out with multiple issues.

There was no heater or slippers, we felt the lack of them because it got really cold. It was clean, but could have been cleaner. But this place is definitely worth checking out.

The location is awesome and they does have a proper parking facility which also a double plus. The property is new and they are just developing their systems and facilities. I however appreciate their efforts and continuous behavior.. The food although having limited available, but prepared good and tasty.. The power cut issues are their, as a part of life of the area overall, but the property are trying manage powercut issues effectively and efficiently.. I would definately recommend this property to stay for a short / long durations due to the awesome location and great connectivity by road..

Many items in the food menu are not available Preparation and service time is much more then desirable. No restaurant in the property, have to eat in the room only

The Himalayas view from the resort is very beautiful.Neat and clean rooms.Food is very very tasty.I have enjoyed bonfire in night, Service and staff is very polite and good.I will definitely come again with my family and friends

Room size is more than enough.Food is very tasty and view from room is extraordinary.

The location of the property is simply superb. The view of the mountains is simply marvelous. The hotel staff if very polite and generous too.

The food quality can be improved for sure.

Rooms and facilities

Beautiful location. Smiling and ever helpful staff. Amit, the cook was extremely accommodating and went of his way to create local dishes for us, which were delicious. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I have not taken breakfast plan,but i eat breakfast it was fantastic. The view from the room was beautiful.Staff is well mannered .Everything is fine.Morning himalaya view in morning is great.

Overall food, facilities and location was good. You can take a walk in the apricot plantation which was a great experience.

Everything was good, only when we asked for bon fire which was already going for other people staff denied of it. After sometime we noticed some relatives of owner having bon fire in front of our room. Which was really odd.

Staff is limited. Their are only two boys for everything. No manager available no one there to assist you.
