Location and service was good.

Bathrooms were not upto the mark. And floating huts are very expensive. And the pics on booking . Com are misleading. This site shows the floating huts but booking is for the land structure. Which is not as shown in pics.

Pro: helpful staff, good food, beautiful view, live music.

Cons: rooms should be better cleaned - too much dirt and dust everywhere - housekeeping have to do their job properly. Limited water sports available and not as they advertise. Thy accept only cash payment for water sports which again is not mentioned beforehand. So do carry some cash. Veg food in the floating huts - should be clearly mentioned in their brochure. No place for drivers to stay inside the property - should be arranged separately outside the premises.

Booking.com did a blunder mistake as they have not mentioned that the rooms which we are booking are on land or over the sea and when we reached to the hotel, they told us that our room is booked for land, but we booked it for over the sea in our booking confirmation also it is not mentioned that we booked for land rooms, but in the confirmation which hotels have received it is mentioned for them that we have booked rooms for the land rooms. a lot of chaos happened because of the mistake and confusion by Booking.com and it created trouble for Hotel authorities and for us also

Amazing views 360 degrees. Couldn't be a more interesting location. If you're looking for calm, in a wonderful location, it doesn't get better than this. The local food was incredible - highly recommended.

Difficult to get back to land - there's only a boat link to the hotel. No WiFi in the rooms - but then you're in such a lovely location - why do you need WiFi?

Obviously it's the location which makes it a unique property and value for money. Apart from the location Huts were also very good... The private balcony attached to each hut is a wonderful place to spend time in peace. Food is very good and service is also Ok despite full occupancy of property. We liked lasooni paneer tikka alot. Please be cautious if you suffer from sea sickness because Huts keep on floating on the waves

Most irritating is the check in process because no one informed us that we need to first check in on the reception which is on land. Mostly every guest goes down to the jetty area and comes back by climbing up the steep hill with a car. Another thing which I don't like is that no one bothers to call for checking the guest location or sharing any critical route details... I have to call multiple times before someone picks up the call and then shares the contact number of people available on site. Booking.com shared a corporate head office number which no one picked.

The property, location and view were good. Food was only decent for the price point, as it was a bit expensive.

Receptionist was not professional. He didn’t resolve any query properly and was only motivated for the card swipe. Without resolving queries he started to ask for the payment. And then during checkout also he bothered me a lot to put a good review.

Location . Concept .. staff all good room service cud be better. Overall great experiences. Food tast wise very good . Breakfast is awesome Light. Music. Night view. Are excellent. Great for couple.

Location, staff, food and atmosphere

General manage Mr Vikram Singh.. most unprofessional person I ever met in service industry. This person does not have sense of talking with guests.. spoiled the emotions of our trip. Management should seriously see to replace this person or assign him some other responsibilities

Exceptional view, Amazing experience. One can experience the Maldives while still being in own country and safe. Especially at the time of Covid when traveling abroad is fearful due to different testing mechanisms at different locations and abroad quarantine fear.

Listing could be improved as I had booked floating huts and upon arrival got to know that it's a land top room. The hotel name itself is having a "floating" word in it which confuses people. Please segregate it as a water villa and land villa.

The view is breathtaking. The staff is pretty welcoming . The food was okay too. Overall it was a good stay . They could have maintained little more cleanliness in the rooms. The nights are followed by a music night along the lake side. The best thing about the property were the adventure sports must must try. Even if you find staying at Lake side abit price you can opt for eco rooms which is just 500m away from the property . Afterwards you can go for adventure sports trust me you won't regret the water sport activities.

The hospitality especially the booking process could have been much better . It was not upto the mark. The behaviour wasn't that good. Cleanliness can be improved.
