Property with a history. Calm environment with the beach just at a walking distance. The staff are patient, courteous and adjusting to make sure to attend to our every needs. Since we were about to reach the property late in the night, they took our order for the dinner, prepared it and kept it in big hot box to keep it warm. The food is good. Loved the beach since there is not much crowd, almost like it was our private beach. Has an open shower facility at the back side of the room. For history buffs, Tharangambadi has a lot to offer. Gives us access to the pool in the bungalow on the beach, so we can explore the other historical neemrana's property too.

Although the food was great, it is priced too much.

The location was prestine with a quaint neighborhood and iits history. The beach is close to the property and other historical places, the staff were courteous, polite and very helpful especially the chef Sharavan excellent cook. Worth the trip and the experience..

Fully recommended For total relaxation,with no much expectations of sightseeing in town and no leisure activities at the resort. Excellent staff, excellent chef in the restaurant, well maintained rooms. Very close to the beach.

Car parking is an issue,maybe can consider at their other resort, Bungalow on the Beach

I loved the staff who accommodated our needs. Loved the superb breakfast. Love how close it is to the beach and the beautiful property and the size of the room that easily accommodated our group of 3

In a small town with few accommodation possibilities the Coconut Alley provide comfortable rooms with a hint of colonial history.

The restaurant decoration doesn’t contribute to a warm atmosphere (however they may let you eat patio on top)

Since the internet and one of the ACs did not work, the staff offered a room in the other property of Neemrana, the Bungalow on the Beach, in a downstairs room. They also moved the luggage from one property to the other. The staff is very kind, especially the young manager (?), and the restaurant at the Bungalow on the Beach is very good.

No internet at the Coconut Alley (not working). The positioning of the rooms, very close opposite each other.

Breakfast was good. A combination of both Indian and Western Cuisine. Food was very fresh. We had lunch and dinner, all the items provide was excellent and yummy. At most care is being taken to prepare food with healthy and good ingredients for the guest

One disadvantage is lacking parking space.

Proximity to beach and tourist spots, quietness.

Room requires a small cupboard or shelf. Too many switches at different places. Switches should be closer to bed. A fan can be placed in the sitting area so that guests can bevfree from mosquito menace

Neemrana’s Coconut Alley is a really Nice place with a friendly atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant served good food. The hotel is conveniently located close to the fort and the museums. Can definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was exceptional. The staff, food, room, services and location. Will hopefully return soon!
