Staff politeness and responsiveness. Location is very convenient.

Only breakfast option is a buffet. Most of our guests being old family members, they have small portion breakfasts which may not be worth the buffet option. So, flexible breakfast options might be good (e.g. mini-breakfast, full-breakfast, etc.).

Great location. closer to center of town. Right across Mayuranathar temple.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms is bit wanting. Please have a shower curtain to separate the bathing area from the rest so that it doesn't get all well after just one shower.

Concrete view and somewhat noisy at night - children playing in corridor. Booking.com charged a hefty premium - booking direct would have saved us 30 pc!

Good sized rooms, well equipped and clean. Courteous staff, ease of checkin, facilities available for the car driver if required. Quick walk to the temple and close to the town centre.

No remote control for air conditioning, control panel fixed to the wall is inconvenient. No paper towels or napkins in the room to clean up spills or to quick wipe.

It was clean and compact ! Well managed

The breakfast spread was not there! They kept only 2 items and in limited quantities .

I did not get any breakfast as Booking.com did not have this feature for this Hotel while booking online

Well maintained, clean property in a good locality. Provided dental kit for each individual occupant, not just one per room as in many other hotels.

No restaurant available on the property.

HOT WATER COMES VERY SLOWLY , THEY BRINGS TEA , COFFEE FROM OUT SIDE , BUT ITS QUALITY NOT GOOD VERY BAD.

Great hotel with clean and new rooms. The property itself is very nice.

The only downside is there is no restaurant which would have been nice.
