The hotel was centrally located near all the major landmarks around Kumbakonam. The breakfast spread was really extensive and of good quality! The rooms were also extremely clean and well maintained.

We had major issues with the bathroom. Water was constantly leaking from the shower cubicle to the floor. The housekeeping/maintenance staff responded but did not know how to handle the situation. The staff need to be better trained and more friendly and knowledgeable. Also, it is highly recommended that you open a pure vegetarian restaurant as an alternative option.

My daughter and I had an extremely comfortable stay at Quality Inn Viha. The rooms were well kept with a modern bathroom, and the hotel was tastefully decorated. The staff at reception were very helpful and allowed us a late check-out. There was even accommodation and meals arranged for drivers. The food at Annalakshmi Restaurant was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kumbakonam.

We booked 2 bedrooms with king bed in both rooms. But they provided us with one bedroom with King bed and another one with 2 single beds. When enquired, the property said their connecting rooms are designed this way. We never insisted on connecting rooms while booking

Very good place in Kumbakonam. Great facilities not only for guest but also drivers. Excellent location. Good food from annex restaurant. Special mention for the elderly sales manager lady. Very welcoming and kind.

The room service is inattentive. Very slow. Served our first coffee is dirty cups. This is basic they must check before the come to the room.

Really amazing staff, my friend was unwell and they helped us get the medicines from the pharmacy. Also it's in prime location. The hotel did arrange for taxi service around nearby locations. Food served was good. The rooms were bright and clean. Its one of the best places we stayed so far in our South India tour completely value for money.

Right from reservation confirmation, room stay was very comfortable, neat, clean, well maintained room and well mannered staff especially Reception staff Ms.Jothi was courteous, complementary breakfast was full spread served as early as 7.30 am with smile, really awesome hospitality, worth the money

Until I checked in did I realize this is a Quality Inn by Choice hotels (like in US).Room was comfortable and as pictured on Booking. Restaurant had reasonably priced dinner and breakfast had eggs to order along with Indian cuisine. Received an English language newspaper in the morning.

Didn't have any hand towels.

The maintenence of the building was superb...I was able to feel the same standards of Dubai in Kumbakonam..the room was spacious , clean and shower and bathroom were exemplary...the linen only needs a bit of improvement in quality..overall, a fantastic place to stay if you really care for cleanliness...

We liked cleanliness. Housekeeping and room service is good. Staff members are polite.

We dint like both veg and non veg together in restaurant. Pure veg restaurant should be separate as many people travel to Kumbakonam as pilgrim to visit temples and would prefer vegetarian food.

Breakfast we could not have as we had to leave early morning to visit the temple and though we requested for some snacks to be packed but unfortunately night receptionist not kept the message with the front desk official next day early morning. We were served coffee. Rest of the experience was great and we'll stay again next time.
