Overall stay was good

During lunch it was crowded . Someind had lunch before we arrive the table and we ask the cleaning lady to replace with new paper on the table. She refused and said it's clean and cannot replace. We told her already someone use it and it's unhygienic. She told the paper cost 2 rupees and manager will question hee. We were ready to pay 2 rupees for out hygiene and cleanliness but she still refused with no manners . Why u employ such rude people .

I always stay here when I come to Kumbakonam. The location is great if you want to visit the Navagraha temples. Rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. After the morning session of temples, we can come back here for lunch (delicious food) and rest before we begin the evening session.

Breakfast choices are average. We used to stay here every time we visit Kumbakonam since 2015, and there have never been changes in their breakfast menu.

Room was clean and was quiet, though it’s on a highway. I was initially worried thinking it might be noisy but, good sound proofing. Awesome breakfast, specially the sweet pongal, best ever

Location, its bit away from the city and getting a public transport is tough. However, receptionist helped to get auto/cab as needed. If you have your own transportation, don’t worry this comment

The staff was helpful. They took extra special requests from us and fulfilled them. The hotel was in a good location and it was clean. It was like entering a temple as they perform Pooja over there. The environment was pleasant. My one year old son loved being in the hotel and we slept well.

Convenient and comfortable highway hotel. Suitable to stay for pilgrimage travel around Kumbakonam. Neat and we'll maintained rooms and good car parking available

Very few options for food in the restaurant and majority of items in the menu not available. They don't clean the room and change the bed sheets everyday and need to specifically ask.

The Complimentary Break Fast was quite good & enjoyable. It was available from 7.15 am onwards to enable guests to go about their visits etc.. The BF spreads were also nice & sumptuous.

Being hot summer in April end, our Driver was telling that their night dormitory room was quite warm & a bit difficult to get good sleep. Pls note that many guests & seniors visiting, depend on their Drivers comforts too. Similarly, the separate foods provided to the Drivers could also be improved & made better. Just a suggestion.

Facility is well maintained and central to the temples if you are on a pilgrimage trip. The rooms were spacious, comfortable. The restaurant serves the needs for people in travel

Everything was good. The cleanliness, facilities and the ambiance. Would recommend to those looking for a good stay.

The smell when we entered the room. Had to open the windows to get rid of it. Otherwise all good. .

Ambience and the room cleanliness. Suggest to keep hand towel in the bath room and napkin tissues in the bath room

Food quality needs improvement.

Breakfast was very tasty. Quality and variety of breakfast was very good. Location of the property was also very near to the town.

Parking of vehicle was spacious and comfortable. Staffs were very courteous. Good restaurant and served tasty food. Room also was provided with all the basic amenities.
